Conveniently located minutes from Florida's Gulf Coast's sugar sand beaches: Bradenton, Cortez, Coquina and the very popular Anna Maria Island, this charming home is the escape you are looking for. Besides it's close proximity to these beaches, you also have Bradenton's Art District " Village of The Arts", several shopping plazas and restaurants, supermarkets, etc. located nearby.
The space
After a fun filled but tiring day at the beach you might be looking to relax. Well, you're in luck! Access the free Wi-Fi and surf the net instead while you snuggle up in the master bedroom's king size bed or kickback in the living room and enjoy watching Netflix on a 55" Smart TV while you munch on some delicious popcorn. Perhaps you enjoy the simpler things in life like playing board games, reading a book, or just sipping on coffee or tea. If so, then the sunroom is for you. Equipped with a sofa that turns into a queen-size bed that's perfect when it's time to get some shuteye. We had a nice stay here. The location as far as being very close to the beach and a lot of great stores and restaurants is wonderful. The neighborhood was not the greatest. The showers do not have very hot water. After a day at the beach it was ok but at night when you want a nice hot shower it was a bit cold. I told the host about that so hopefully they fix the problem. Overall we had a nice stay.

Snowbirds 2.0

We had a good time in the Bradenton area and especially on Anna Maria Island during our one month stay Jan 17th - Feb 17thPros:1) Location to Anna Maria Island was great. If you leave early enough, before 10:00 am or earlier on nice days, you will be on the Coquina Beach in 10 - 15 minutes, otherwise it will take 30-40 minutes with all the traffic.2) Lots of good restaurants in the area.3) Robinson and Perico Preserve are only 5 - 6 miles away. 4) Great location for bicycling. Only 1/4 mile to Palma Sola Blvd which is a 3-mile scenic coastline road, with not too much traffic. It will take you to Manatee Rd which you then can bicycle to Robinson and/or Perico Preserve. Beautiful trails5) Fire pit in backyard was a plus. We enjoyed a couple bonfires during our stayCons:1) We had a bug issue which the owners resolved right away2) Not much silverware, we had to wash silverware all the time for next meal.3) Not many towels. Spent too much time washing the few towels we had.Overall, we would stay there again. We tried to book for 2 months next year, however it was reserved already

Lovely home

This is a lovely nautically decorated home we wanted to visit the neighboring Anna Maria Island. It’s so close and so clean we will definitely be renting again hopefully.

Spacious, clean and conveniently located.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for two travelers. Well equipped kitchen, good washer and dryer, Lots of extras - bikes, fire pit, sun room. We were fully satisfied.

Wonderful stay

The property was exactly what was advertised. Clean, well-maintained, roomy, comfortable, etc. Our only issues was that we could not figure out how to get the ice machine to work, so we went without ice. Otherwise, we loved it.

Not adorable

The host was charming and reacted very quickly when we had problems with sinks not draining etc in getting plumbers round to deal with it. She also doubled the crockery set from 4 to 8 settings. The house is advertised to sleep 6! Two bathrooms and one bath mat which was filthy. The suite in the lounge area needs either replacing or a good clean. The kitchen is poorly equipped. It is close to the beach but no beach towels. The towels provided were very poor quality. We will not book this house again. Fiona

Great house in a nice neighborhood

As advertised, very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Owner was very responsive. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Bike or driving distance to the beach and Anna Maria Island. Used the money we saved not staying on the island to eat and drink at the amazing restaurants.

Bradenton

House was over 90 degrees inside upon arriving on a Friday. It took 10 hours to cool to room temperature. Technician came Sunday afternoon to fix the problem. House is ok, property manager was helpful. I will not be a returning customer to this property.
