The Space:

The condo got a recent makeover, and we've made sure it's filled with everything you might need for a great stay!



🛋️ Living Room

Relax in front of the Smart TV with all your favorite shows. There's also a Queen pull-out sofa for extra seating.



🍽️ Dining Room

Gather around the dining table for good food and chats. The open layout on the main floor makes it easy to connect wherever you are.



🍳 Kitchen

We've stocked up the kitchen with pots, pans, bakeware, dinnerware, and more! If you feel like cooking a nice meal, you'll find everything you need right here.



🛏️ Bedrooms

Choose from a King and Queen upstairs, and there's a pull-out Queen sofa in the living room on the main level.



🛁 Bathrooms

This home features one full bathroom and one half bath, offering plenty of space to refresh and unwind. You'll find plush towels, essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus a hair dryer—all thoughtfully provided for a comfortable, clean, and relaxing experience.



🌴 Outside

Enjoy the Florida breeze in the open backyard. We've set up outdoor dining with plenty of seating. Take a dip in the large shared swimming pool after a day of exploring.



👶 Kid-Friendly Amenities

For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable.



🚧 Seawall Construction (June–Late July 2026): Starting mid-June, seawall repairs will run ~6–8 weeks. The waterfront, docks, and seawall will be fully inaccessible with no boating or fishing. Expect some noise and occasional parking disruptions Mon–Fri, 7AM–5PM. Pool and beaches are unaffected! Please reach out before booking if you have questions about dock or waterfront availability.



Guest Access:

🔑 You will have access to the entire townhouse! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time In addition, enjoy having access to the pool during your stay since we are right on the bay with no beach access.

🚴 By Bike: The area is bike-friendly, with scenic routes and trails nearby. Bring your bike or rent one locally to enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees

Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:

Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.

Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.

Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🏊 Swimming Pool: The community swimming pool is fully operational, clean and sanitized, and ready for your enjoyment! Just a friendly reminder that the swimming pool is communal and shared with other guests and tenants across the condominium property
