Getting Around Bradenton & Beyond
Getting around is easy from this centrally located home!
Driving: Most guests choose to rent a car to make the most of the area’s beaches, restaurants, and attractions. With two private driveways and free parking at the home, you’ll have plenty of space.
Rideshare Services: Uber and Lyft are readily available and typically arrive within minutes. Great for trips to the beach or a night out downtown.
Public Transit: The Manatee County Area Transit (MCAT) bus system has stops nearby and can take you to local destinations like downtown Bradenton, shopping centers, and even to Sarasota.
Airports:
Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) – just 9 miles away (15–20 min drive)
Tampa International Airport (TPA) – about 45 miles (1 hr drive)
Biking: Bradenton and Anna Maria Island are bike-friendly, and you’ll find local bike rental shops if you’d like to explore the area on two wheels.
Golf Carts: Many visitors love renting a golf cart, especially for use on Anna Maria Island. There are multiple local rental companies that deliver.

Quiet time is between 10:00 pm - 7:30 am. This is a quiet family neighborhood.

The private pool is heated to 86 from October-May. During unseasonably cold weather, the pool could be cooler than is comfortable. We cannot help as this is beyond our control.
We do not subscribe to any cable TV service, but have multiple smart tvs that you can access your subscriptions.
Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offers trip insurance for each reservation.
