Adventure seekers have access to beach horseback riding and jet-ski rentals 1-mile from the home on Palma Sola Bay. For those more interested in restaurants and nightlife, downtown Bradenton is 5 miles and Sarasota is 15 miles. IMG Academy and LECOM Park are also a quick commute!

Guest Access:
Travelers will have full access to everything shown. An access code to enter the house will be given to the guest in the morning of their arrival.

Check-in is 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the deeded community of Village Green, you are minutes to Anna Maria Island, Manatee Beach, and Bradenton Beach. These are some of the best beaches Florida has to offer!

Getting Around:
We have enough parking for 4 cars per reservation. Unfortunately, we do not have room for large boats.

Other Things to Note:
The property is professionally cleaned for your enjoyment :)

If you need luggage drop off before your check in time, let us know. We can usually assist, although not guaranteed.

**To heat the pool, it is an additional $35/day. It will be heated to a very comfortable temperature of 88 degrees if added to your reservation. The heater runs from 8am - 8pm. Please note, the temperature can vary depending on the outdoor temperature (it may not reach peak temperature on colder days) Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like the pool heated by your arrival**

To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a starter pack of essentials, including:

1 paper towel roll
2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom
3 dish pods
3 laundry pods
3 trash bags
1 new sponge
Coffee: 5 K-cups or 2 bags of ground coffee
Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are included!
