  • Elegante, completamente actualizado apartamento de dos habitaciones, dos baños completos ubicado en Bradenton / Sarasota en un campo de golf privado con privilegios completos de club y golf incluidos en el alquiler.
    Un montón de restaurantes y tiendas en el área inmediata y muchas playas de la zona dentro de 15 a 30 minutos en coche.
    Múltiples piscinas, canchas de tenis y restaurante en el hotel.
    El segundo dormitorio está configurado como un estudio con sofá cama de alta calidad para los huéspedes ocasionales.
    Condo se actualizó completamente en 2017. Nueva cocina, baños, pisos de baldosas en todas partes, iluminación, etc.
    No hay 'chicas de oro' de los años 70 mira aquí.
    Fácil acceso a la autopista interestatal, a 30 minutos del centro de Sarasota o del centro de St. Pete

Andrew has a beautiful condo. In addition you get a beautiful sunset every evening.

Great place & experience

Apron arrival everything was as shown in pictures. The condo was very clean. Andrew was great at communicating and there were no problems. The golf club made it even better’. We hope to be able to go back next year!!

This condo is top notch fabulous! Every amenity imaginable is available throughout and what a great view! The owner is so very gracious, too! We recommend this property above all!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Tara golf course was great. All the people we met at the pool and the golf course were all great. And the owner was very helpful and accessible.

Very enjoyable stay

The condo was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Nice location at Tara and great view of the golf course from screened in porch. I would suggest a small microwave oven, pot holders(I cook many days) and a medium size knife! Overall we had a great month! Sue and Howard Cox

Great condo in a wonderful community

This condo is beautiful and perfect for a couple to enjoy a relaxing stay at Tara Golf Resort and Country Club. We loved the golf course and pool, as well as happy hour at the Club and the wonderful Sunday brunch. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Very conveniently located off of I-75 we were able to easily visit friends at Ft Meyers and Siesta Key. Complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, top grade cooking supplies, and comfortable furniture it was a place that we didn't want to leave. Very nice porch overlooking golf course. Highly recommend.
