Bright and airy, the beautifully furnished living space gives way to an enclosed, comfortable lanai overlooking a screened-in, unheated pool. Overall, our stay at the property was great and relaxing. It was located centrally to our event and close to several beaches. There were a few bugs, maybe due to the age of the property. There were lots of spider webs around the outside of the pool.

Highly Recommend!

Stay was amazing! Everything we needed from pool toys to a spacious back porch. Loved how private the back yard/pool area was. House was spacious as well. Would definitely recommend it for anyone coming to Bradenton FL!

Great Home & Host!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was well appointed and had everything we need to be comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Perhaps the most positive experience was the host Jay, who was by far the best we have ever had! Any time we had a question or issue, Jay responded quickly and/or came over to assist us. He was attentive, thoughtful and a really great guy. Bottom line - we would definitely recommend this property to others.

Clean and Comfortable with easy access to AMI and Bradenton

The house was as described in listing. It was very well stocked, and had everything we needed. The owner also had beach chairs, towels, beach toys for kids etc. It is in a very nice, and safe neighborhood. Check-in and check out instructions were very clear, and easy to follow. A very helpful notebook is available with instructions, local restaurants, emergency numbers, etc. The pool was clean, and refreshing. Holmes Beach is approximately 10-12 minute drive away. We highly recommend this property.

Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants

We were in search of a place near family in Bradenton that would be close to the beautiful beaches the area has to offer, and this property checked all the boxes. The check-in process and keyless entry are very convenient. The pool is absolutely beautiful, but the landscaping needs some attention. There are multiple dead plants and trees that need removed and lots of weeds growing up between the patio pavers. The inside of the home did not feel clean, especially the kitchen, guest (hallway) bathroom and the flooring throughout. We were also a bit surprised by the “third bedroom” given it has no door and there isn’t even enough room to keep a suitcase in there beside the bed.

Convenient location

The house has everything that you need. We appreciated that we didn't have to buy supplies for the beach. Jay was very accommodating and responded very quickly to things we asked. The house is located close to Anna Maria Island, and has so many store options, and restaurants The first impression is everything and the outside of the house needs work.

Charming, comfortable house in convenient location

The location is great to get to beach and dining spots, or walking in nearby preserves or neighborhood. The house is charming, beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. [Cortez fish market has great fish.] Two of us enjoyed our week stay in January. The living room and lanai are very well furnished with cosy corners and the house could accommodate well a family with children.

Fantastic home in a great neighborhood!

This house is lovely! It has a well-stocked kitchen so you can cook (often lacking in rentals). The neighborhood is great and not one but two neighbors welcomed us. Jay was kind enough to allow us to check in a couple hours early since our flight arrived in the morning. Our stay was perfect. I can't think of a single thing to improve about the property, and that's pretty rare!!

A great house with a great owner!

My family and I stayed here right after Hurricane Idalia. We were concerned that there may not be power and possible damage/etc. The owner Jay went above and beyond with updates letting us know about the storm and the property. Luckily everything was great! The house was clean. We were quite surprised with the amount of items stocked in the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient. We were located close to several different beaches. I would highly recommend this place! Thanks for giving our family a home to enjoy for the week!

This place is the perfect location inbetween Cortez and Manatee. Quick access to either bridge to get to the beach. The house was very clean and well kept. Could use a pack and play for future guests under 2 :)

Family Getaway

Overall the house was nice and centralized to everything. Everything was provided we didn’t have to buy much! There was a stinch in the hallway bathroom that we couldn’t get rid of even with bleach and air freshener. The sink was slow to drain as well but overall it was a good stay.
