Just a short walk across the street gets you to our spectacular Gulf of Mexico beach, or a short stroll in the other direction takes you to Sarasota Bay! This cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo has everything you need for your perfect vacation on Anna Maria Island!

Runaway Bay is in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, right in front of Runaway Bay’s complex. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. This area also offers a great variety of boat tours, fishing charters, parasailing, scuba diving, and Golf among many other exciting activities. There is no better way to experience Florida’s Gulf Coast than spending your vacation at Anna Maria Island.

Cute place balcony screened.. the pool was down but it was close to the beach. Also, we had family close they had a pool. Nice to walk around too close to everything!

Great place to stay.

The condo was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach.plenty of towels and washcloths. Lots of beach stuff including chairs, umbrella, beach wagon & sand toys.

Great location and beautiful pool. If I were the owner. I would provide a washer / dryer. Some cleaning done by myself was very dark finger prints on the bathroom doors near doorknobs. As well as on the kitchen on cupboard with trash can. This is normal wear and tear but a detail that can make a guest feel uncomfortable. Visible dirt stains on furniture as well. I didn't use the living area because of it. With all of this said, I would stay again. The property and price were AMAZING!

Gorgeous

You can see the sunrise and sunset just by walking. The beach was beautiful, nice blue water, white sand, and plenty of space. Great places to eat and a free trolley to take you places. You can also relax by pool. Best place ever can't wait to come again.

Close to beach

Overall our stay was nice. Property was centrally located and directly across from the beach. It had a lot of beach toys, chairs, umbrella- no beach towels which would have been nice. Things that could be improved include a better mattress for the bedroom- very uncomfortable-can feel every movement of the person next to you. Carpet in dining area not ideal and starting to feel dirty/sticky. Very little in the way of personal amenities- only 1 very small soap bar. More wash clothes and blankets would have been nice as well. Overall good location and good for price but some things could be updated and improved.

Longboat Key- Harbor Villa Club -execellent

Technical glitch - place we rented was not the right picture projected. Therefore, we received a call that it was not the one pictured, and offered us a great place for same price. So the villa and location was beautiful with excellent view, heated pool, and other great amenities. Would love to return in the future. Recommend Harbor Villa Club # 206 in Longboat Key highly!
