Fully equipped and conveniently located to Historic Bridge Street. This unit is less than 250 feet from the beach with a small heated shared pool, covered parking, WIFI, Washer/Dryer, and covered patio!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, library, beach, trolley stop, and Old historic Bridge Street district.

It is a wonderful condo. Very spacious. There is a limited view of the Gulf and the Bay which is very nice for sunsets and sunrises. The unit is very well apportioned. Being in our 70’s it would have been nice to have the elevator operational. We would certainly stay here again. It is located within walking distance of Bridge Street and the pier.Thanks for having us.

Fantastic location, well stocked kitchen. We suggest bedding for pull out sofa be made available. Also, several outlets do not work. But all-in-all, home views and location to Bridge street and bridge street are great.

Amazing Stay!!!

This place is a gem! It is absolutely perfect! Spacious and beautiful in the best location. You can walk to bridge street and the beach. It is still very peaceful and quiet. We frequently stay on Anna Maria/Bradenton Beach and this was the best place so far!

Superb location

The appartment is ideally situated for the beach, the bay and the busy-ness of Bridge street.A very spacious place and a great terrace with super views.The communication on a minor issue was excellent both with response times and potential solutions.Only recommendation would be for slightly more cleaning products to be provided ( we did buy a couple) so guests can keep it as clean as we found it.

Spring Training

Great place to stay. Street is quiet and narrows at that point so steps from beach and bay. Go around the corner and you have everything you need…. boating, shopping, great restaurants. Aside from jumping across the bridge for some spring training, we never left neighborhood. Balcony is lovely too. Really nice beach steps away!!

Nice place, great location

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The property is clean and tidy and updated. The pool is sad though. Very small especially considering it’s shared by four units. The pool was pretty dirty, we didn’t end up using it

This is our 3rd stay in a vacation rental on AMI. The condo is centrally located and a very short walk to food, shopping and entertainment on Bridge St, but just far enough away that you can still enjoy a quiet evening on the lanai. You can see both the gulf and the bay, with only a half block walk to the beautiful white sand beach. We swam in the warm waters of the gulf every day we were here, and the rental provided multiple beach towels to make things just that much easier. Bed was comfortable (we only used one) and the kitchen was well enough stocked, although we didn't cook at all with the close proximity to restaurants. The elevator in this unit made loading and unloading a breeze. While the accommodations are not fancy, we find it perfect and won't hesitate to stay here, again.

Beautiful place

The property was very clean and loved the views off the patio and out each window. Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The property provided so many necessities which made our stay much more relaxed. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo in a perfect location. The unit is spacious and very clean. The management was very responsive to any questions we had. The property is a 5 minute stroll to Bridge Street where so many of the restaurants and shops are.

NIce place, great location

It looks like a new condo on the third floor. Don't worry, there is an elevator to get your suitcases up there. It's just a short walk to the Bridge Street area of shops and restaurants. Also a short walk to the beach. It comes with a beach cart & chairs etc. Two nice king suites, big kitchen, nice sitting area. My one complaint, which is common among just about every place like this I rented, is that the flimsy mini-blinds do a poor job of keeping out the morning sun. Bring your sleep mask.
