  • Escápate a esta encantadora casita en la pintoresca Bradenton Beach. Ubicada en medio de una arboleda, la casita cuenta con 2 dormitorios. A cinco minutos andando de Bridge Street y del tranvía gratuito que recorre toda la isla.

    Debido a las obras del condado que hay cerca, que a veces están en marcha y otras no, el precio ya incluye un descuento de 50 $ por noche.

    Dentro de la casita hay un bonito salón con un futón, una cocina americana, un lavadero y un baño completo. Disfruta del pickleball cerca de aquí.

    Tanto si buscas una escapada de fin de semana como una estancia más larga, esta acogedora casita es el lugar perfecto para relajarte. Además, está justo al lado de nuestra otra casita de 1 dormitorio ( (20112769) para aquellos que queráis reservar ambas casitas juntas para reuniones familiares o de grupo. Para verlas, introduce ese número donde pone «¿Dónde?» y elige una fecha.

    Los precios son para ocupación doble (2 personas). Por cada persona adicional que utilice el segundo dormitorio, se aplicará un suplemento de 50 $ por noche.

    NOTA: Para los huéspedes que se alojen durante una estancia prolongada, es obligatorio un servicio de limpieza cada dos semanas, con un coste adicional.

Great location! Beach is literally across the street and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars on Bridge Street. Would definitely stay here again

The place was absolutely wonderful. We actually met the owner, who was very pleasant to talk to. We were very pleased with the location and our stay. We will be returning next year!

Terrific time in great location. Construction next door was disclosed ahead of time and wasn't too disruptive. Guests and pup were quite comfortable.

Entirely refurbished, clean and comfortable cottage across the street from the beach. Owners very helpful with any questions you might have. A definite find.

Our stay was fantastic! The cottage was perfect for our needs! Everything was as advertised! Everything we needed was easy to find and use! The cottage was clean and seemed well maintained. Location was great! Easy beach access and never had to drive anywhere!

The cottage was absolutely adorable. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for the pier, shops, restaurants and beach. The pickle ball court is a plus. So glad we discovered this gem. Hope to return in the future.

This is a great cottage to stay at on AMI. It was a very quick walk to the public beach and there is a park directly across the street from the cottage. It can be a bit noisey as the Cortez Bridge is right behind the house but we were not bothered at all. It did make driving over to Cortez and Bradenton a quick trip too. Shopping on Bridge Street, the BeachHouse restaurant and the Wicked Cantina restaurant are all a very short walk from the house. We would definitely stay here again. I had tried to contact someone about adjusting our dates slightly but didn’t get a response for several weeks. However, owner Randy kept in touch with us all week during our stay.

This is a great location if you plan to spend time in the Bridge Street area. Inside of home was clean and well stocked. Both of us found the hard foam beds to be very uncomfortable. A softer mattress topper may help here. Kitchen lights did not work which should really be fixed before renting out. Would be helpful to cleanup the side yard where you have to park.

The location was great for me as I always walk or use the A.M.I. Trolley to get around. The cottage was well furnished, (as far as appliances and kitchen equipment). There were plenty of nice towels and linens. I would not recommend this location for a large group or family with small children, (no yard space for outside activities). The living room furniture and throw rugs are worn and dated. As a solo traveler I would stay there again as the size and location fit my needs very nicely. And communication with the owners was always positive and pleasant.

Love that the host, Randy, made a point of meeting us. He was kind and great to talk to. What a sweet place to stay! Lots of love has been put into this little house and the little details were not missed by us. It felt like a home away from home from simple decor to the little things provided such as a few hangers in the closet, coffee and other basics in the pantry, a hamper for laundry.. and an extra beach bag, which came in quite handy! The shade was so nice to have but I bet even more valuable in the warmer parts of the season. Our only wish was for a full-length mirror--that's it! Definitely would like to return and definitely encouraging family to stay in the same spot when they come down.
