Inside is open living space with three sofas, a large flat-screen TV, chic table set for four, and access to the large deck that looks out to the Gulf and has plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen has a full suite of appliances and essentials, including pots, pans, and utensils, and a sweeping kitchen island with bar-height seating.

The two bedrooms are on the top floor, and each room has tropical-inspired décor and access to the balcony, where guests can enjoy beautiful Gulf views whenever they want. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and the second bedroom’s ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Amazing Views

Coquina Breeze provided absolute comfort and relaxation during our stay at Anna Maria Island. We all noted that we slept better at Coquina Breeze than we do at home. The beds were comfortable; the entire home clean; and the porches...the porches on the front of the home provided amazing views and cooling breezes. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals but you will need to provide your own condiments/cooking oil/spices. The coffee maker can be used for drip coffee as well as coffee pods. Cleaning packets were provided and with enough supplies to hold us over until we went to the store. Each of the 2 bedrooms are with a bathroom, and a half bath off of the kitchen/living area. The online listing did not provide the information that a washer/dryer is in the home and a beach wagon with 2 beach chairs were provided. We were pleasantly surprised to have use of the washer/dryer and beach gear. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to Coquina Beach and to Bridge street. If too far to walk, there is a trolley stop nearby. Getting across the street to the beach was easy as there is a crosswalk just one house away. The beach was directly across the street and what a beautiful beach! The soft white sands and always turquoise/ blue water were amazing. I had a surprise swimming buddy - a Manatee about 40 feet away! We would stay at Coquina Breeze again and have recommended Coquina Breeze to friends/family.

Overall great stay. Perfect location. Parking for two vehicles. Relatively quiet beach. Brand new grill. Needs more bedding.
