Welcome to Majestic Summer, a spectacular new vacation home with seven bedrooms and seven and half baths just minutes from the pristine Gulf of Mexico! This pet-friendly getaway has all the amenities to make for the perfect vacation, including a rooftop deck, and a pool with an in-ground spa.



Every detail of this property was designed for comfort and radiates a coastal vibe, which you will notice as you enter the open living space that has an inviting seating area with cush sofas, side chairs, and a flatscreen television. The kitchen features a full-suite of stainless-steel appliances and a kitchen island with barstool seating. Dine with guests in the formal dining room and enjoy views of the lush tropical landscape and afterward, head up the spiral staircase for a refreshing evening on the rooftop deck.



You will be swept away by the beauty of the primary bedroom, there is ambient lighting, chic decor, and an ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous double vanity and an enclosed walk-in shower with a standalone tub. Five of the bedrooms are appointed with King beds with plush bedding and plenty of storage space to layout vacation attire, and each room has an ensuite bathroom. The seventh bedroom was designed with younger kids in mind and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Take a quick stroll to the free Anna Maria Island trolley stop on Gulf Dr N. and explore the gems across this 7-mile island. Shop boutiques on Bridge St., try local's favorites like the Porch, Salt Bar and Table, and Hurricane Hanks.



Other Things to Note:

4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.



With host approval before check-in, this property accepts dogs only (No cats or other animals are allowed). An additional pet fee will apply.



We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.



This property has hosted many happy stays but is newly listed under GetawayClub management, an Anna Maria Island property management company. It is under transition from the existing management company so the review record is starting fresh. Please let us know if you have any questions.
