Beautifully presented period property in village location

Visit our beautifully presented Annexe in the village of Binfield, in the picturesque county of Berkshire.

Conveniently located close to Bracknell Town Centre and easily accessible from M3 and M4 Motorways this self-contained, quaint property is ideal for families or those visiting the area on business trips.

Accommodation comprises of Entrance Hall, cosy Lounge, Cloakroom, Fully Fitted Kitchen with dining space, 2 spacious Bedrooms (1 Double, 1 Twin) and Family Bathroom.

With a beautiful cottage look and feel it's the perfect family getaway or place to relax after a long day at work.

Whilst the property doesn't have a garden, there's plenty of opportunities to enjoy green spaces within seconds of the property.

The property has handy off-street parking for 2 cars and overlooks Popes Meadow with access to ancient woodland, perfect for exploring, country walks, and contains a play area for children.

Lovely Stay

2 friends meeting up 1/2 way between our homes. Beautiful annex, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Julie & Toby (the dog) greeted us in a very friendly way. Everything we needed and more. Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge and separate freezer. Bread, Milk, Butter and bottled water and chocolates! Peaceful location, our new half way bolt hole. Thank you x

Great property and lovely host

Julie was a lovely host and the property was great. We used the property as a base to visit Legoland but there was plenty to do within a short drive and pubs/shops/park within walking distance. Essentials were provided free of charge. If we were visiting the area again we would definitely stay here.

Lovely quaint and cozy stay

Julie was an excellent host. We appreciated the milk, butter and bread she left for us so we could have some tea and toast. The cottage had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Would stay again.

Great property and location

The property was perfect for our summer holiday. The host was brilliant and made sure that everything was fine. The welcome pack was great especially after the journey down. The property was clean and had all the amenities that a family need. The WiFi was good so my daughters were happy. The location was ideal and a great base for day trips out.
