Upon arriving the concierge ladies were very friendly & welcoming, our rooms were ready and check-in took less than 5 minutes. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome.
