  • Nueva casa de campo a 3 cuadras de la belleza del lago Charlevoix es el mejor valor en la ciudad! Cerca del centro de restaurantes, microcervecerías y tiendas. A 3 cuadras de la playa de la península o marina. A poca distancia en auto de la zona de playa pública del parque estatal Young. El dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio, el segundo dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y el tercero tiene dos literas. Gran cubierta es ideal para espacio de vida al aire libre. Pila de lavadora y secadora. La ubicación es muy céntrica para otras grandes atracciones! Boyne Mountain Resort está a menos de 10 minutos y ofrece golf de primera clase y esquí, a orillas del lago Petoskey y a solo 22 minutos en automóvil, las bodegas de la península Old Mission están a una hora y 15 minutos, la ciudad de Mackinaw también está a una hora en automóvil. Tantas cosas que hacer durante todo el año; Playas, paseos en barco, numerosos campos de golf, ciclismo, senderismo, tirolesa, motos de nieve y kayak.

Ski Retreat

My family has stayed at this property twice now. It is in a great location for a ski trip to Boyne Mountain. Restaurants are very close with a lot of options.

We planned our trip so that our spouses could have a day at Boyne Mountain skiing and we could all hangout as friends. This house was perfect for our getaway!

Thumbs up!

This was my second stay at Laura's place, and it did not disappoint. The location is convenient to get to the parks, beaches, restaurants and shops of Boyne, but the street is quiet. It's a short hop to the ferry to get to Charlevoix as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our weekend stay. Clean, great amenities, great location. Only draw back was the bunk beds were too difficult to take apart to create 3rd BR with 2 twins for adults.

Small quiet and the perfect girls weekend place. Great location to downtown for shopping , close to Petoskey. Well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans and the amenities .

Great little getaway to Boyne

We had a great 2 nights. We came up for midwinter break and skiied and enjoyed the area. The house was very clean and tidy. Perfect for our family of 4. Lots of space. We would return. Thank you.

Perfect Spot in Boyne

Stayed here the first week in August and the accommodations were perfect. Nothing really fancy but it met all expectations for the price with the bonus of having A/C for the hot summer days up north. House was perfect for our family of four. We could easily walk to town for a meal or ice cream from Kilwins. There was a nice public beach literally within a 10 minute walk of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Will be looking to stay here again next year.

The perfect getaway place

Loved this rental! We enjoyed it so much we booked it again for two months from now! We have a rental property and it’s the little things that matter! Towels, soap, kitchen items, fans! In the rooms! Cleanliness is what most of the reviews for this property had and it did not disappoint, so clean, clear directions for check in and check out! It felt so home like, the owners did a great job making a small house so open and welcoming! Love the keypad lock! Felt very safe, the location was near town but not to close, center ally located to so many fun towns around the area! It was a great stay! Thank you!

A great house in a great location!

This house was relatively small, but it was perfect! The floor plan was perfect for us, and the location was EVERYTHING! We could drive 5 minutes and we were able to go to the beach, a park or grab a bite to eat! And the food around us was amazing. I have no complaints about this house!

Excellent location for a fun vacation

This is a very new 3 bedroom house in Boyne City. It is in perfect condition and spotless. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk to the heart of downtown, maybe 7 minutes walk to the park at the beach. The neighborhood is super quiet and laid back. It is maybe 15 minutes walk in the other direction to Avalanche Mountain for some nice hiking. The house layout is very efficient. It looks small on the outside, but there is a good amount of living space on the inside for a family of 4-6. The A/C works great! We would not hesitate to stay again and we would recommend to anybody.

We had the best time. Great location!

Walking distance to downtown and 5 minute drive to Sommerset Marina. We plan to come back next summer! Highly recommended.
