"Im Zimmer war der Teppich mit Klebeband festgeklebt anstatt einer Leiste, einer der beiden Aufzüge war defekt und es dauerte bis 15 min aufs Zimmer zu kommen, im Frühstücksraum war eine der beiden Kaffeemaschinen defekt - wieder Wartezeit. Insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen!"

"Der var brugte håndklæder på badeværelset - ellers rengjort lejlighed. Vi kontaktede værten og fik tildelt en ny lejlighed da rengøringen ikke havde nået at gøre lejligheden helt ren. Det ville være fint at de havde ombooket os inden vi tjekkede ind i stedet for. Men ellers virkelig dejlig og lys ..."
