  • The Ocean Village Community, located on Hutchinson Island, is approx a 120-acre private community located directly on the ocean. Great location for this first floor condo at Ocean Village, centrally located to main pool, restaurant, Tiki Bar, first hole of golf course, main tennis court and minutes to beach. Located at Ocean Villa I Complex this Beachy Condo features a first floor, 1 bedroom King size bed, sofa sleeper, bathroom with walk in tiled shower, additional vanity sink, open floor plan, upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, leather sofa bed, this condo sleeps three occupants only, all tile flooring throughout condo, semi private porch located on rear of the condo with 9 foot hedges.. New washer and dryer, beautiful furnishings and Florida décor. Relax outside your patio area and enjoy the wonderful sunshine and beautiful tropical landscaping. Just steps to the first hole of a 9-hole par 3 golf course, Tennis Courts, heated swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffle board, pools and a private ocean front beach. Gated security via 24 hour manned gate. We follow all the latest CDC guidelines regarding covid cleaning protocols. WiFi speeds up to 500Mbps - both TV Smart ROKU devices

Beautiful Unit in lovely community

This unit has all the comforts of home. It is lovely and a very short distance to the pool, beach and restaurant. We enjoyed the private back patio area, watching the cute little bunnies that live there.

The room was exceptional, the decor was beautiful the cleanliness was amazing. Just my husband and myself, I would not recommend for a family with very small children to many pretties to get broken. The host were fabulous to communicate with.

Beach Time!

Perfectly apportioned condo for a couple to enjoy rest and relaxation time together. Golf, Tennis, Beach just a few of the amenities available. Ocean Village is the best value on the Treasure Coast.

Awesome stay with great Hosts!

Hosts were very accommodating and make their space feel like home. Check in process was easy and very close to the beach. There is a ton of stuff to do in Ocean Village. We love staying here and this spot is definitely our favorite so far!

Great Place!

Great location on Hutchison island. Clean, tidy place in nice condo community. Nice community pool, beach access, easy in and out! Close to Ft. Pierce, restaurants, etc.. would recommend:)!

Clean and comfortable!

Really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Village! The condo was 100 percent as advertised in the listing. Also, the bed, couch, and chairs were comfortable and everything was super clean. This place is awesome if you are looking for a summer beach getaway without the big crowds!

Piece of paradise!

The condo was exactly as pictured, beachy and cozy! Loved the area and we enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and restaurants. Kurt and Melody made our stay stress free..easy check-in and supplied all the essentials! We would love to come back soon! The flowers and wine were a welcoming surprise!

Pleasantly surprised!

Loved the condo and tropical decor. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Tennis courts right outside the door so playing every morning was so convenient. Everyone was so friendly and inviting. I will definitely be booking again!

Very nice Ocean Village Condo

This is the second year that we have stayed at this condo and we are booked for next year. The pictures and description of the condo are 100% accurate. Kurt and Melody are wonderful people and take pride in their condo and want their renters to enjoy what they have to offer.
