Modern stay in historic Prague

This is a spacious and comfortable apartment very well located in Prague. It was well equipped and nicely furnished, comfortable bed and great bathroom. Just over 20 minutes walk from the station and easy walking distance to all the sights of Prague. Hosts were helpful and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend to others!

Great location but beware of the construction

This apartment is in an excellent location, however we weren't warned before booking of the construction which has to be negotiated before entering the apartment. To carry suitcases up these steps and over scaffolding is not for those over 50.

Dangerous construction site

The host had someone on the upper floor drop the building keys to us outside the building to enter. He sent us into an active constuction site and expected me and my husband to walk under workers on scaffolding inside the main bulding then to walk on wooden planks over exposed pipes to get to the stairs before emtering the rental. There was dust and sparks flying everywhere. We turned around and left the building. The host would not respond to my messages. I demanded a refund. I was forced to rate this rental at least one star, however it deserves a negative ten stars.

Visit to Prague

My wife and I had a great visit to Prague. This apartment was in walking distance to the old town and other areas making it ideal for our day trips to the area. Others has mentioned in the comments that it can be quite noisy at night. We did not experience this. Everything was quiet. The building is quite old and under some long term construction that I was told is taking a long time because it's a world heritage site. It's not a big deal but you do have to navigate a bit of scaffolding to get to your front door. Overall, for the age of the building it is in reasonably good condition. I would recommend this unit to anyone staying in the area.

Perfect apartment for short stay in Prague

With everything on the doorstep and excellent amenities, this apartment was perfect for exploring the city from a comfortable base. Excellent location in quiet part but close the the crowds if you want. Good bars and restaurants close by and a few minutes to the Vlatava and it’s beautiful bridges. Friendly welcome, comfy bed, great shower, good kitchen facilities. Will be happy to stay again next time in Prague.

Specious apartment in a central location

The apartment was clean, well furnished and near many restaurants and within walking distance of Old Town. The bar next door was quite noisy but quieten after 11 pm. Good value and very comfortable.

Awful experience

Checked in and left the same night. Couldn’t even stay there due to the lack of cleanliness. Visible dried fluid stains on the sheets, black long hairs everywhere, floors were dirty and then the shower was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Got a hotel and was promised a refund that still hasn’t been initiated by the property manager weeks later and now having to deal with VRBo customer service.

Good location to explore Prague

The unit is as advertised. We used it for a 4 night stay to explore Prague and the surrounding area. Old town is walkable as well as many of the attractions and popular areas. The unit was very quiet and away from the very busy areas.

Great place for a stay in Prague!

This very old building in the Nove Misto is all you need for a stay in Prague! The apartment has been nicely renovated, and includes a large, clean bathroom and shower, a simple kitchen, and a queen sized bed, as well as a massive sofa bed. There is also a much needed air conditioner, which we really appreciated in the hot summer weather.

Great Stay and Location in Prague

Property was in a great location. We were able to walk all over the city. It was nice to be a bit out of the most touristy area but close enough to get to everything. We did not take public transportation but it was close by if you want to use it to get around town. Property is as described and pictures are accurate. Easy check in and check out. Communication with owner and property manager was excellent.

Kurztrip mit 2 Übernachtungen

Netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, leider zwecks Schlüsselübergabe nicht gleich telefonisch erreicht. Auf kleinem Raum sehr praktische und stilvolle Einrichtung. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht, U-Bahn wäre aber praktisch vor der Haustür. Nachts etwas laut, da mehrere Kneipen in der Nähe, aber wunderbar in den Betten geschlafen. Für zwei Übernachtungen war Ausstattung ausreichend, für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung würde ich mir noch ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien wünschen. Alles in allem, bei einem nächsten Prag-Aufenthalt würde ich wieder diese Wohnung wählen :-).

Alles bestens!

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau ihrer Beschreibung wie dessen Bildern. Der Check in wie Check out verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt im Zentrum. Eine Anreise mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ab einem P+R hatte sich ebenfalls problemlos dargestellt. Alles in allem: nur zu empfehlen!
