The home is great even for longer stays as iron and ironing board and kitchen equipment are all available as well as a washing machine/dryer for all your laundry needs.

Branksome Park is a beautiful, leafy neighbourhood in Poole, perfect for a relaxing getaway.



Just a short stroll from Branksome Chine Beach, it’s ideal for sunbathing, coastal walks, and soaking up stunning sea views.



The area is known for its peaceful tree-lined streets, yet it’s close to lively spots like Canford Cliffs, Westbourne & Sandbanks, where you’ll find great cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops.



Whether you fancy exploring Bournemouth’s buzzing town center or trying out some watersports at Poole Harbour, everything is within easy reach. It’s the perfect mix of tranquility and seaside adventure!



Getting Around:

Branksome Park has excellent transport links, making it easy for guests to get around with or without a car.



Buses

Morebus and Yellow Buses run regular services along nearby Canford Cliffs Road and Penn Hill Avenue, providing connections to Bournemouth, Poole, and Sandbanks.



Trains

Branksome Train Station is about a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk, offering direct services to Bournemouth, Poole, and London Waterloo.



Taxis & Ride-Sharing

Local taxi firms like United Taxis and Poole Radio Cabs operate in the area, along with Uber.



Beryl Bikes & Scooters

Guests can rent Beryl bikes and e-scooters from various docking stations nearby, perfect for exploring the coastline.



Other Things to Note:

Neighbourhood Notice: The neighbouring property is currently constructing a carport, with works expected to continue until around mid-August. You may notice some daytime construction activity or intermittent noise during your stay. We don’t anticipate significant disruption, but we wanted to let you know in advance and appreciate your understanding.



Pets - This property allows up to 2 pets to stay for an additional fee, which can be paid after booking via your personalised guest portal.



Travel cot available on request. Please note that while we provide the travel cot itself, we do not provide cot bedding or linen. We kindly ask that you bring your own cot mattress sheet and bedding for your little one.



The following quick steps will be required and can be quickly and securely completed via our online portal prior to check-in:

Please note, as an older property, the coach house has a quirky layout. There are 2 en suite bathrooms and 1 WC, please see floor plan in pictures to ensure you are happy with this layout.



- The down stairs ensuite has a shower.

- The upstairs ensuite has a bath but not fixed shower, just a small handheld



Parking

- There is room for 2 cars, one behind the other on the driveway.

- Please only use allocated driveway and do not block any other spaces outside of the gates.

- Parking on the street is free if you need extra spaces.



Cancellation Policy

- Free cancellation before the stated deadline. Refunds will be issued minus any non-recoverable payment processing and transaction fees.

- Non-refundable bookings are non-refundable.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available to help throughout your stay. Our usual office hours are 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week - during these times you can expect a prompt reply.

Outside of these hours, you're still welcome to reach out via your booking channel and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, typically the following morning. For genuine emergencies, we're always on hand and will respond as quickly as we can.
