Beautiful apartment in a traditional Chalet with 6 apartments located 150 meters from the ski lifts (buttock shooting) of the paradiski area on the edge of Les Arcs 2000.
It offers breathtaking views of the mountains and Arc 1950.

The Arcs 2000 village has shops and restaurants nearby. In addition, Les Arcs 1950 can be reached in 5 minutes by funicular.

The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 showers and a bathtub) all equipped with heated towel rails, three WCs, 2 of which are separate, a kitchen and a large living room with fireplace, two balconies not overlooked. screws oriented south and west.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 electric hot plates, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher for 10 people.

A large fireplace in the living room offers an inimitable charm and an unequaled pleasure of making beautiful outbreaks (the logs can be bought at the reception of the Chalet des Neiges).

The apartment is equipped with wifi, cable TV and DVD player.

The household linen (sheets and towels) will be provided to you on your arrival, it is included in the rental price as well as the cleaning on your departure.

A large private ski room is located next to the apartment.

A free parking space in the Residence's covered car park is also included (to be requested when booking).

Guests have free access to the indoor heated swimming pool, as well as the sauna, hammam and fitness room (ask for codes at the reception of Chalet des Neiges). A large billiard room is available at the reception of the residence.

Possibility of having bread and croissants delivered to the apartment each morning (on order and payable locally at the reception of the chalet des Neiges).

The apartment has been classified 4 Paradiski crystals by the municipal rating agency.

The apartment is accessible by taxi (26 km) or by funicular then bus from Bourg-St-Maurice station

Convenient Location for Arcs 2000

Great apartment with comfortable accommodation, located centrally. Arolles Residence has some conveniences nearby (ski rental shop, small supermarket, onsite bread/pastry collection, onsite pool/sauna, parking) which helps when you are staying locally. Apartment is close to Arcs 2000 base and there is a convenient bubble car to get into 1950 easily. We would return again.

Brilliantly located apartment

We had a great week in Louis’s apartment. It’s as described and in a fantastic location for a near ski in/out stay in Arc 2000. The property wasn’t ready when we arrived in resort despite being an hour and a half after check in time and could have been cleaner in some areas. Communication with owner was always prompt and he resolved quickly the one issue we did have around parking.

Excellent emplacement , appartement ensoleillé , grande pièce agréable , compatible avec 9 personés

Qq petites remarques qui pourront servir au propriétaire - poignées de porte has been de telle sorte que les plus jeunes sont restés coincés à plusieurs reprises dans les toilettes - ustensiles de cuisine ok sauf couteaux qui ne coupent pas - plaque d’induction à revoir , difficile de cuire 2 choses à la fois , alors une des plaques ne chauffe plus Notice de fonctionnement à mettre dans l’appartement , on a mis 1h30 avant de la delocker - machine à la er la vaisselle ne marche qu’à 75 degrés Donc a part cela aucun souci et nous recommanderons cet appart à nos Amis

We had a great week in Arc 2000 at the Marmotte apartment. There was plenty of space for 8 adults (as long as one was able to climb into the upper bunk after a day's skiing!).

Worst experience ever!!

After checking in we found a broken chair. Reported it straight away and never heard back on it all week. Couples of days after checking out they used the deposit on the credit card for it without any communication. Besides that the apartment was a filthy run down place. Scamm all together, will never, never book their again!!!

Excellent location, nice and spacious

Excellent location, very near the slopes and a couple of shops and restaurants. The chalet was large enough to comfortably sleep 8, or 10 if 2 people don't mind sleeping on pull out beds (one in the living room). The only downsides were that it could have been a little cleaner on arrival, and the bunk beds in one of the rooms were a little uncomfortable.

Qualité très médiocre

L’appartement n’avait pas été nettoyé à notre arrivée et nous n’avons pu entrer dans l’appartement qu’à 19h. L’accueil par le gérant a été très désagréable. Nous avons également trouvé l’appartement peu entretenu. Beaucoup de maintenance serait à réaliser.

séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement. Il est parfait pour deux familles ( belle pièce de vie, salle de bain dans chaque chambre). Les équipements de la résidence sont très appréciables (piscine sauna..), la livraison du pain et des croissants le matin est bien agréable. Local à ski sur le pallier et remontée mécanique à moins d'une minute à pied , on a même pu faire le retour ski aux pieds car la route était bien enneigée , bref le top! Nous le recommandons.

Well situated and well laid out appartment

This is the second time our large group of friends have stayed in this flat, the first time under different ownership. The flat is situated next to some of the most interesting slopes in the ski area and it is almost ski-in ski-out. The flat itself is very well laid out with 4 bedrooms each with it’s own shower/bathroom, plenty of loos. I have been organising ski holidays for our group for many years and this appartment is the best! Good size, good location, well equipped. The appartment has one parking space but the owner was very helpful and reactive to my request to reserve an extra parking space (additional cost). The ski room is right next to the appartment which is a bonus. The bread delivery service was great too. We hope to return to les Arcs in the future and would definitely try to book this appartment again. Definitely to be recommended.

Cosy, warm and a great location

Two families shared the cosy, warm chalet. The four bathrooms were ideal for us all getting ready in the morning. It’s great location made it easy to all meet at lunchtime and the swimming pool, sauna and steam room came in handy for those who wanted a little relaxation away from the slopes. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect rental in Arc 2000 !

Very good location, 20m from the slopes and center of Arc 2000. The apartment is great for 8 to 10 people, with lots of rooms, restrooms, and bathrooms !! Also nice view, balcony, access to the pool and sauna/hammam was nice even if it was very busy. Easy check in / check out, Louis is very responsive and helpful. I recommend this rental for sure ! Thanks again
