"they double billed me"

"bad sewer smell in room complained about it ,but never fixed the problem!!"

"There was no lock on our door, the microwave did not work nor did the fridge. It was very dirty and not wiped down at all. Unfortunately would not recommend"

"The modern beauty of this gorgeous hotel was stunning! I felt like a celebrity when I walked in, the service and the hospitality was amazing! The room was huge and I had a corner high floor room! The hotel bar was gorgeous and the servers were very friendly and efficient! I'll be back!"

"I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great."

"Great hotel. Very cool decor and very friendly staff!"

"Great historic hotel. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Quaint bar and restaurant with nightly jazz music. Will definitely stay here again."

"Another great stay! I’m always happy to come back and consistently appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This hotel truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KC for a Current game!"

"We had a great stay, excellent front desk staff!"

"We stayed in the Victorian Room. It was spotlessly clean. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, shower robes. Staff was great. They were right there when we needed them. Make sure to look at the paintings by Luke. Special note: Breakfast was above and beyond."

"Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk."

"staff were incredibly helpful! Our first trip to KC, MO and they were so helpful. It made our stay great and we had an incredible time!"

"A lovely place within walking distance of the Kemper and Nelson-Atkins. The room was lovely and had a nice sitting room and spacious shower."

"I was there for a concert and wanted something within walking distance. This was perfect. It was close and had a vending machine with anything I needed for an overnight stay."

"Brand New, so very clean, and great staff. Need to have free breakfast available."
