Amazing location!

Our family of two adults and two teens had a lovely stay at this home! Absolutely perfect location - quiet yet right off Pearl Street.

Great all around!

Dawn was fantastic to work with and the house was great for our family of four, with each tween getting their own bedroom. Incredibly convenient and easy 2 block walk to Pearl's shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was charming and very quiet at night. Couldn't ask for more and we'd love to return.

Clean Home Great Spot

This is a very clean travel home with a great range of spaces. We did a corporate offsite here and it worked well as a homebase. Zero issues! Safe walk to downtown.

Wonderful home and location

We visited Boulder for a long weekend and this home was perfect. A few blocks off Pearl and still very quiet in the evenings. We didn't need a car all weekend as to the location was so central. Lots of space for the family to spread out a relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Great time!

Everything was very nice. Perfect spot for three couples to stay. Close to shops, restaurants and bars - all walking distance. Owners were very attentive to any issues.

Great Family-friendly Home...Great Location

We stayed at this house on a visit to Boulder over a long weekend. House has a lot of comfortable space and is located right in the heart of Boulder's best shopping and restaurants. We would definitely book this home again.

Make sure you mention the wonderful eTown Hall just a block and a half from the house. We attended the Peter Rowan and AJ Lee concert and were blown away!!

Luxurious home, idyllic peace, perfect location

Our family found peace, rest and joy in this beautifully appointed home with many luxury features. Despite the perfect location near the heart of Boulder, it was very quiet and idyllic with plenty of room to spread out among the home's numerous levels. The jetted jacuzzi tub in the master bath with softly changing light and the numerous outdoor spaces and decks were wonderful bonuses. The host Dawn was terrific and super responsive from start to finish.

Great location!

This house is in a perfect location to enjoy the Pearl Steer and downtown areas of Boulder! It is very spacious with an updated kitchen and living area. Communication with the host was very good. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is due to the fact that the top floor (where master bedroom is located) does not cool down well despite fans running.

Beautiful house and location

Beautiful, spacious home in a great location! House was just as described, plenty of room for 2 couples to have space and not feel crowded. We walked to Pearl street 2 blocks away, everyday. It was so nice to come "home" to a comfortable, well stocked home with comfortable beds. We all agreed we would choose to stay there again.

Great location and house

This is a very spacious home with a ton of levels and sub-levels with stairs. The 3br and 3ba were great for our three couples (watch those Boulder rules!). There are living room areas that are nice to relax, and an outside porch. Parking was OK with one small garage stall and a space outside the garage door. Parking on the road had some restrictions to be aware of. The location was ideal, with Pearl St. just a short walk away and being central overall in Boulder. We even did a mountain bike rental and were able to ride all the way back down to the house from the trails and pathways.

Great stay!

The house was perfect for our needs. My 16 year old daughter brought a friend along on our vacation to Boulder. The downstairs is like it's own apartment, complete with bathroom, kitchenette, TV room and bedroom with king bed. They loved the independence. More importantly, I couldn't hear any noise from the upstairs master bedroom! And the rest of the house was so comfortable. There's a huge TV in the living room. The kitchen had all the essentials. My teen son loved having his own bathroom. The location was outstanding - quick walk to Pearl St. Dawn was so accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. She cares a lot about making sure her guests have a 5 star experience and we are yet another example of completely satisfied guests. Very glad we choose this property.

Great Stay in Boulder

This was our first visit to Colorado. It was everything that we expected and more. We traveled with our family of 6. We had plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and have their own space. The house had all that we needed and was kept very clean. We enjoyed the charm of the home and neighborhood. The location was perfect and close enough to all that we needed. We loved getting to walk and spend time on Pearl street, and the walk there felt safe. The views were an added bonus and surprise upon waking up our first morning. We used the house as a base to explore Rocky Mountain National Park, Garden of the Gods and some local hikes and views of the scenery. We had a fabulous vacation and would recommend this property for future travelers.

Perfection

Beautiful, very clean house with all the necessities of home. Amazing location too! Comfortable beds, nice outdoor space upstairs and down, and great fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Boulder Vacay Spot

Sooo nice! Location is a fantastic launching place. Loved spending time at Pearl St Mall. Enjoyed day trip to Rocky Mtn NP and Estes Park. Beds comfy, all amenities so convenient! Lots of space for our family to spread out.

Problem areas

Elderly people may have a problem with the many stairs. All the wood is oak which is difficult to see the depth perception. The top bedroom is extremely hot. Really could use a separate air conditioner.

This house provided a wonderful headquarters to explore the wonderful opportunities Boulder has to offer. Pearl St., Mall, restaurants, hikes, live music, etc. It’s a particularly great vacation for people who like to walk!

A Neighborhood Gem

This property is well represented as advertised, well stocked, sunny, with great areas for hanging out both indoor and out, close to pearl st. The host is kind, responsive and keeps house well maintained. We highly recommend ordering food delivered from Shamane's bakery, quiches, pastries, granola, yogurt, linzer tart...all of her food is divine.
