Mejor de lo mejor. Andando al centro comercial a pie / Peatón Pearl St (2blks). The Cup 3 blks / Laughing Goat 5 blks.

    Caminata justo afuera de su puerta, elegir el camino de Boulder Creek, Mt Sanitas, o parque Chatauqua.

This house has a great location few blocks off Pearl Street so close to everything. It was also very quiet at night when we were there (CU was out of session so perhaps it's not always like that). Dawn was easy to reach and responsive.

Amazing location!

Our family of two adults and two teens had a lovely stay at this home! Absolutely perfect location - quiet yet right off Pearl Street.

Living outdoors with indoor comforts

Seamless check in, beautiful home with windows and sky windows looking out into nature Very well laid out and comfortable With all we needed for our stay So close to Pearl street and it’s great shopping and restaurants Couldnt have asked for a better place

This wonderful house was an absolute dream! 2 blocks from the restaurants and shopping on Pearl St, it was also the perfect jumping off point for mountain adventures. The garage made it super easy to jump on bikes (we rented from University Bikes a short walk away) and head out on trails or up a canyon. We would absolutely recommend this wonderful, light-filled home!

Great time!

Everything was very nice. Perfect spot for three couples to stay. Close to shops, restaurants and bars - all walking distance. Owners were very attentive to any issues.

Great Family-friendly Home...Great Location

We stayed at this house on a visit to Boulder over a long weekend. House has a lot of comfortable space and is located right in the heart of Boulder's best shopping and restaurants. We would definitely book this home again.

This home helped create a fantastic family vacation in Boulder. The host was excellent in her communication, flexibility and check in. The location was excellent. 5 min walk to the center or Pearl street, 10 minute walk to the river and easy bike or driving access into the mountains. The house was very clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. All 3 rooms were big and clean with great showers. The living room area was perfect for watching the World Cup as a family and the outside deck was much better than pictured. We ate all of our meals on the deck, did morning yoga and evening cocktails. It's nicely shaded so it's perfect on the hot summer days we had in July. One of the best VRBO's we've stayed in and we'd highly recommend it!

Wonderful home and location

We visited Boulder for a long weekend and this home was perfect. A few blocks off Pearl and still very quiet in the evenings. We didn't need a car all weekend as to the location was so central. Lots of space for the family to spread out a relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Great all around!

Dawn was fantastic to work with and the house was great for our family of four, with each tween getting their own bedroom. Incredibly convenient and easy 2 block walk to Pearl's shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was charming and very quiet at night. Couldn't ask for more and we'd love to return.

Clean Home Great Spot

This is a very clean travel home with a great range of spaces. We did a corporate offsite here and it worked well as a homebase. Zero issues! Safe walk to downtown.

Beautiful house and location

Beautiful, spacious home in a great location! House was just as described, plenty of room for 2 couples to have space and not feel crowded. We walked to Pearl street 2 blocks away, everyday. It was so nice to come "home" to a comfortable, well stocked home with comfortable beds. We all agreed we would choose to stay there again.

Make sure you mention the wonderful eTown Hall just a block and a half from the house. We attended the Peter Rowan and AJ Lee concert and were blown away!!

Luxurious home, idyllic peace, perfect location

Our family found peace, rest and joy in this beautifully appointed home with many luxury features. Despite the perfect location near the heart of Boulder, it was very quiet and idyllic with plenty of room to spread out among the home's numerous levels. The jetted jacuzzi tub in the master bath with softly changing light and the numerous outdoor spaces and decks were wonderful bonuses. The host Dawn was terrific and super responsive from start to finish.

Great location!

This house is in a perfect location to enjoy the Pearl Steer and downtown areas of Boulder! It is very spacious with an updated kitchen and living area. Communication with the host was very good. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is due to the fact that the top floor (where master bedroom is located) does not cool down well despite fans running.

Great location and house

This is a very spacious home with a ton of levels and sub-levels with stairs. The 3br and 3ba were great for our three couples (watch those Boulder rules!). There are living room areas that are nice to relax, and an outside porch. Parking was OK with one small garage stall and a space outside the garage door. Parking on the road had some restrictions to be aware of. The location was ideal, with Pearl St. just a short walk away and being central overall in Boulder. We even did a mountain bike rental and were able to ride all the way back down to the house from the trails and pathways.
