  • Welcome to this spacious and sunny 4-bedroom, 2-bath Victorian-style apartment in Jamaica Plain, one of Boston’s most lively and convenient neighborhoods.

    The home offers approximately 1,400 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, with a eat-in kitchen, large living room, beautiful window-filled sunroom, wood floors, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and plenty of room for groups of up to 8 guests.

    The apartment is a great home base for exploring Boston. Stony Brook Station on the Orange Line is about a 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to downtown Boston, Back Bay, and major attractions. The 39 bus stops right in front of the house and connects easily to Longwood, the Museum of Fine Arts, and other central Boston destinations.

    You’ll also have excellent neighborhood conveniences right nearby. Whole Foods is just a couple doors away, with restaurants, cafes, markets, pharmacy options, and a laundromat all within easy walking distance. Jamaica Plain’s popular restaurants, bars, shops, Jamaica Pond, and the Arnold Arboretum are also nearby, making this a great location for both city access and neighborhood charm.

Super cute space, clean, just as advertised. The sun room was my favorite, and the huge claw foot tub was the cherry on top! Everything we needed was in walking distance, and parking was easy to find. Would absolutely recommend.

Great Spot in Boston

This is a well located gem. Property was clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Neighborhood has a little bit of everything and all within walking distance. Street parking was super easy too.

Thanksgiving in JP

We were very happy with our stay at Lita's apartment. The only challenge was getting our heavy bags up and down the stairs, but that's because we packed too much for the trip. The apartment is clean, cozy and generously equipped with linens, blankets, and kitchen gear. The location was perfect for our Thanksgiving with nearby family.
