A penthouse tastefully designed with breathtaking views of the ocean.
Framed by spectacular sunrises with ever changing tides, this loft has a quartzite kitchen, and a luxurious bathroom w/a spring jetted tub. Your own private deck. A truly magical place.
Ideal for Traveling nurses, work related assignments, short term furnished rental on the Northshore. Please inquire.

The loft penthouse is an open space that has direct views of the ocean. Clean, simple and beautifully appointed.
Queen bed, full kitchen, neptune jetted spring air tub with shower. Cathedral ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors, and private deck. Cable, wifi, washer & dryer. Linens, towels, kitchen supplies, and utensils.
Beaches, spas, boutique restaurants and shops. Close to Salem, Marblehead and Logan Airport. Train, bus service or even a boat (May - October) to Boston.

No one else other than the names on the reservation can enter or stay on the property unless prearranged. Thank you!

Breath taking

Absolutely fabulous and worth every penny. Spotlessly clean with all the essentials to make coffee and breakfast to a full dinner and wine. We loved the porch, the tub and watching a scary movie. Walkable distance to fabulous restaurants especially for breakfast and drinks. Amazing access to Boston via train or driving to Salem. Thank you!!

Exactly as presented. You must be able to go up stairs to the penthouse!! We loved it! The best food & ice cream 2 short blocks up the street. Ride the Lynn fairy to and from Boston. Go to Salem 25 minutes away. Great location.

This was my first time at an ocean front property. This experience has set the bar so high. The convenience of the location, the bathroom, the patio, the kitchen, and the fireplace were all phenomenal. The host was also exceptional with response timeliness and the care she took her space. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The Best Way to have to Watch a Patriots Game

I booked this VRBO as part of my partner's Christmas gift trip to a Patriots game and we couldn’t have been happier with the space - beautifully decorated, stunning views, and well-appointed. Wonderful Place!!

What a wonderful place to stay! It is close to everything. The place was immaculate. The view is amazing, we spent most of our evenings out on the balcony watching the moon rise, sunrises were beautiful as well. You are also within walking distance to many restaurants. The location is great. The Wonderland Station (Blue line - train/subway line) is a quick 6 mile drive. You then have access to Boston without driving your car. Thank you again for sharing your home. Definitely a great place to stay!

Gorgeous property and a great view!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our trip to Salem for 4 nights for my birthday. It is only a 13-15 minute walk to the train station so it was very convenient. Firstly, Natasha is very friendly and communicative. On day of checkin, all instructions were provided promptly and instructions for nearly everything in the house were clearly stated and easy to understand. The penthouse itself was wonderful! Very comfortable, all necessities provided (and then some!) and you can't beat the view. It is also within walking distance to Mission on the Bay, which we really enjoyed. The area itself feels very cozy and safe. I would love to stay at this property again and am grateful I had the experience to do so which helped make our trip experience that much more memorable!

Best Honeymoon Spot

We were looking for a beautiful yet quiet and chill spot to spend our honeymoon week, and this place fit the bill perfectly. We spent so much time inside (with a few day trips to Salem and Boston), and couldn’t have asked for anything better. The view was breathtaking and the inside of the home itself was the perfect balance of modern and relaxing. Natasha was amazing at responding and helping us with any questions we’d had, and was always kind. We’d love to come here again at some point in the future!

Fabulous Loft for New Years

We very much enjoyed staying here for New Years weekend! The loft is beautiful and super cozy. The photos are great but it is even better in person. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to wind down in the evening or even set a relaxing tone for the morning. Also the shower head and water pressure is fabulous! We will definitely be staying here again.

Dreamy stay in Swampscott

My partner and I had a getaway from our two small children, and it was everything we had hoped for. Natasha’s space was clean and beautiful, the tub was perfect and the view is spectacular. Natasha was an amazing host, warm and welcoming and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back!
