  • Disfrute de una estadía cómoda en este hermoso y recientemente renovado apartamento de 2 dormitorios a solo 150 yardas de la playa y acceso conveniente a Boston en automóvil (15-25 minutos) o en transporte público (30-45 minutos). Es un espacioso 1000 pies cuadrados, fue completamente remodelado, conserva mucho carácter y cuenta con muchas ventanas y luz.

    Recargue su viaje con estilo con una cocina totalmente equipada, dos camas cómodas, TV de 55 ", sofá nuevo, área de trabajo y comedor, baño nuevo, vestidor y estacionamiento gratuito fuera de la vía pública.

    Nuestro apartamento es un espacio cómodo, moderno, limpio y conveniente para pasar su viaje a Quincy y al área de Boston. Todo el espacio fue remodelado y amueblado en 2019 e incluye pisos de madera dura, una lujosa cama king y una cama queen de espuma viscoelástica, un televisor grande de 55 "con cable y netflix, un cómodo sofá seccional y sillón con mesa de café, mesa de comedor y sillas. , un escritorio para trabajar, portaequipajes, vestidor, plancha / tabla de planchar, lavandería compartida, patio con mesa de comedor y patio trasero.

    La cocina tiene todo lo que necesita con mucho espacio en el mostrador / gabinete, fregadero, refrigerador, estufa / horno a gas, microondas, tostadora, cafetera Keurig, tetera, cuchillos y tabla de cortar, vasos, ropa plana y utensilios.     El baño, como todo lo demás, es nuevo y espacioso, con un lavabo, tocador flotante, cómoda, y está lleno de toallas, artículos de tocador, secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar.

    La unidad tiene su propio calor y termostato, así como unidades de aire acondicionado de ventana en cada habitación.

    Es un vecindario tranquilo y agradable, ¿mencioné que son solo unas pocas casas de la playa :), con estacionamiento dentro y fuera de la calle. Estás a una corta distancia a pie de muchos restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia, supermercados, bares y otras comodidades.

    Tendrá acceso privado a todo el apartamento. Los espacios compartidos incluyen el patio trasero y la sala de lavandería.

    Este apartamento está en un edificio de dos unidades, ambas unidades son alquileres de Airbnb. El aislamiento acústico es bueno pero no perfecto, por favor sea cortés con sus vecinos.

    Wollaston es un barrio agradable, tranquilo y muy seguro. Se compone principalmente de casas pequeñas a medianas con la playa, negocios y restaurantes a poca distancia. La playa está a 150 yardas de distancia y a solo 1-2 minutos a pie, hay un gran mercado de esquina a solo unas cuadras de distancia y se pueden encontrar muchas más comodidades con una caminata de 10-15 minutos o en automóvil. También hay un parque cercano y un parque infantil.

    Puede acceder a la casa muy fácilmente en automóvil o en transporte público. Vivimos cerca de la autopista 93, que proporciona acceso rápido a Boston y la costa sur. This was a great place to use as our home base for a family wedding. (We were all adults.) It is close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Todd and Bobbi were excellent hosts who reached out frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. As a heads up, it is a little bit of a walk to the T, but that distance was noted in the description and is totally manageable. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was very clean, great location (a short walk to the ocean), restaraurants nearby and kind communicative hosts. This was our first time in Quincy and we loved it! Highly recommend.

We were visiting our family in Dorchester. We felt safe in Quincy. Todd's rental is comfortable and the amenities provided are very helpful. Off street parking and exterior lighting is great! Hope to visit and stay again soon.

Great Property and Location

Perfect place for visiting Boston and the surrounding area. Plenty of space for 4 adults, good kitchen facilities, comfortable beds and a warm house in the evening chill, private off road parking. Great hosts and excellent communications, a real home from home.

This was a perfect stay for our family. The basement has its own bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. Very clean. Very comfortable. The communication with the owners was incredibly fast and accommodating. Perfect stay.

Great VRBO

The property owners were so nice and helpful. They were happy to answer questions and were nice enough to check in with us during our stay. The home was well stocked with most anything you might need and was very clean. Close proximity to Boston and walkable distance to the beach.

Gotta Love Exploring New Places

Grandson his GF, hubs & I wanted to see Yankees/Red Sox at Fenway, so we planned an extended trip, through Niagara Falls to the Boston area. We loved the area. Quincy had everything we needed to make it a good stay. The property was great. Well equipped & maintained. Neighborhood was excellent w a short walk to the water. Good access to good food & public transit. Perfect. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect location with a wonderful host.

We spent 3 days here prior to a cruise out of Boston. We were three couples ages 58-65. It was extremely comfortable for all three couples and the host was fantastic. We we’re allowed to check in early as we arrived earlier than we thought we would. Book with complete confidence.

Great home and great location

Our family had a wonderful time while staying in Todd’s home in Quincy. Todd was an excellent communicator who quickly responded to any and all communications. He gave helpful suggestions of places to go, particularly for the Fourth of July The home was well equipped to make meals at home. Home felt spacious. The living room was nice and our family of six was able to spread out. The home is located in a residential neighborhood just a very short walk to the beach, which was a lot of fun. The drive to Boston was easy and only about 15 to 20 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home and we may return ourselves in the future.

Beachy cottage: perfect location and vacation vibe

Everything was ideal from start to finish with this VRBO. Todd and Bobbi are excellent communicators, and responded as soon as our booking went through. They accommodated a date change effortlessly and sent the check-in info well in advance of our arrival. Location was spot on, parking in the driveway was great - easy to unload and load the car, no worries about traffic around you, and the spot was generous for our RAV4. The location in Quincy is ideal, also easy to get to Boston, Salem and Providence, RI. We really appreciated the binder with lots of local info, as well as the brochures for area attractions. The interior is exactly as pictured, very clean, well stocked with any kitchen item you can think of; we loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers, a really nice touch. Plenty of towel sets for the 4 of us. King bed is a traditional mattress, queen beds are memory foam. It was too chilly during our visit to enjoy the porch or deck, but that additional living space would be a plus. Our teen daughter took over the basement bedroom since it's set up like a standalone apartment with the TV, kitchenette and bathroom. That was by far the darkest of the three bedrooms, which she loved. We had opportunity to ask a few questions, Todd and Bobbi responded within an hour and were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again any chance we got, we had a great experience and highly recommend this property!

Great Location, Central to Everything, So Comfortable!

We are very familiar with the area, so we knew we wanted to stay near Wollaston Beach and this house had everything. The main level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (updated), the basement has a studio-style apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom (updated). Plenty of hot water and towels for the 5 of us. We chose to let our 3 teenagers stay on the main level and stay in the basement so we (parents) had our own space. My husband made coffee in the morning and drank it on our own little couch. The kitchen had everything! Breakfast snacks, coffee, and tons of spices, which is always nice. K-cups, all different kinds. The layout was just really cozy. You really get this beach house feel to the place. We were here over the winter, and the house was warm and comfortable. There was even a Brita filter filled with water and ice in the freezer, ready to go. It was like walking in and just being at home. There's 1 spot for off-street parking, which is all we needed. It's right down the street to the beach, a short walk. It's 15-20 minutes to the airport and central to just about everything! It was very quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. It had been snowing and the driveway was clear and the steps were also clear of snow and ice. There's a laundry room, that we used and that was very convenient. The hosts were great and made sure we were comfortable. Check-in & check-out was very easy. You could tell the hosts really cared about their property and us as their guests.

A perfect home-base for ex-New Englanders

If you are a native New Englander who has relocated to another part of the country or abroad, but who still wants to visit family and friends in the Boston-area (without wearing out your welcome in their homes), this rental is for you. It has all the amenities you may need and its location is perfect for travelers/visitors who want to be close to Boston and the South Shore. It is a modern, clean and comfortable home, and our experience as a family of four was wonderful. Todd is an exceptional host and was always available if we had any questions. One of the biggest perks is that Wollaston Beach is at the end of the street, and it is amazing to be so close to the water. We highly recommend this rental to anyone who needs a home-base in this area - it's great!

Perfect Spot for Family time

We had a wonderful stay at Todd and Bobbi's place. They were very communicative and the house was in a great location by the beach for wonderful walks but also near to transportation into the city. I was working from the place and had important meetings and the internet was very fast and reliable.

Perfect Getaway

Great location...less than a block from the beach. Super clean, all amenities, owners were in communication from the time we reserved until we left. Welcoming homemade banana bread which was scrumptious. Easy commute to Boston and the Cape. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and clean apartment

Check in was easy and there was a delicious Danish Kringle waiting when we arrived. The space is bright and clean and comfortable. Kitchen had ample pans and tools, plus coffee and some basic cooking ingredients like oil, vinegar, spices. We enjoyed some of the games and books from the common area. We spent some time in the backyard playing, too. The rug on the porch is even a good non-slip substitute when you don’t have a yoga mat! Enjoyable to walk down by the beach. There’s a playground and some yummy fried seafood spots a short walk away. Owners were very responsive. Apartment worked out very well for our stay.

Girls getaway

This was a wonderful place to stay. The place was stocked with all essentials - you basically just need your clothes! It was absolutely pristine clean and perfect distance to all of Boston. The beach is super close! They even left us some delicious homemade pound cake. Thank you Todd & Bobbi!
