"Our upstairs balcony room was exquisite! It is literally on the Siuslaw River! The view was beautiful with the fog rolling in in the morning and night and then burning off during the day. The historic Siuslaw Bridge is practically a stone's throw away. With that, though, comes the humming of the cars. Even with everything shut, we could still hear a strange sound, which I thought was a ghost. I even made my husband go outside to see what it was. That's when we realized it was the vehicles...

"This property has a fantastic location…but it has not been well maintained. The room had a very strange smell and the beds and linens were poor quality leading to an uncomfortable night. The elevator was out of service which was difficult when staying on the 3rd floor with my elderly mother. The ice machine was broken and everything just seemed to be very run down. There was not nearly enough staff in the restaurant leading to an hour and a half wait to get our breakfast. The location was a...

"Beautiful view, lovely balcony. No direct access to the beach from here - but the drive to Fogarty Beach is moments away (driving to avoid crossing 101 on foot), and what a payoff! This is a gorgeous location, comfortable bed, and excellent view. The construction site around it is unsightly- but barely visible from the balcony. Absolutely recommend staying here."
