Broken furniture, wall sockets pulling out of the wall, a broken electric kettle, and issues with the air conditioner. The hotel manager is impossible to find at any time of the week. Stay here if you’re looking for trouble and want to pay double the price.

The location was ideal. In the center of everything. Restaurant/bar attached with outdoor seating. Good food and wine, inexpensive! Awesome wine bar across the street. Next to the tram, hop on hop off buses and tourism office. 3 blocks to the river and one block to the opera house and Rue Saint Catherine shopping. We had 2 family rooms that were very spacious. Clean and neat with daily service. The elevator is SMALL. Two days there were gross smells in the hallways and elevator, but not in our rooms. Heat and air conditioning were good. A lot of staff turn around at hotel, so not super helpful. Staff at attached bar/restaurant were amazing! Great place to relax with a glass of wine or a drink and be basically ‘home’. Highly recommend!!!
