Very nice apartment of 81m2, with 2 bedrooms, it is located right in the center of the city close to Town Hall, and the Cathedral.
The apartment has just been entirely renovated, and the bathroom also. The charm of this apartment is the old stone, high ceilings, wooden floors, and has been nicely furnished by an interior designer. It is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small and quiet building.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with queen double bed 160x200cm, and one with 2 single beds, seperated by a coridor with large closet, they both overlook the street (semi pedestrian street, next to no trafic) The living room has a seating area with TV, and a dining area, it overlooks a courtyard, so is very quiet. Kitchen is fully equipped with gaz cooker, oven, microwave, dish-washer, kettle, coffee machine, nespresso machine, washing machine et dryer.

Ideally placed you will be just a few minutes away from the touristic sites, transports (tramway stop « Hotel de ville is 50 meters away), cafés, restaurants and shops, and you will be able to visit the city easily on foot.

Beware, you are very close to the commercial area so there is no direct access by car, you will have to park before, you have parking « Saint Christoly » just 100 meters away.

Check-ins are normally planned in the afternoon, after 3:30pm (extra charge after 19:00 : 25€)
Check-outs are normally planned in the morning, before 10:30am(extra charge before 7:30 : 25€)

Nice location in Bordeaux

Very nice apartment in the heart of the city. very walkable to the river and city attractions. parking was quite convenient - only a few blocks from the apartment, but no lift so pack lightly! Would definitely stay there again. Hostess was very helpful and check-in/out was seamless. There were 2 couples and we were all quite comfortable.

Perfect spot, beautiful apartment

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous! The design and decor are so warm and inviting. The only thing I would caution is there isn’t an elevator so you have to lug your luggage up a few flights of stairs. The location is ideal if you are interested in being close to tons of restaurants, pubs, shops and other various stores. I highly recommend

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage!

Die Wohnung ist zwar alt, aber sehr modern und mit viel Charm eingerichtet. Man spürt gleich das typisch französische Flair. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Die Lage ist einfach nur hervorragend. Von hieraus lässt sich Bordeaux wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

perfecte plek om de stad te ontdekken

mooi gestyled appartement. ruim en verzorgd. wel donker, er komt weinig licht binnen. je moet dus continu lampen hebben branden. de keuken is ok maar kan wat betreft de pannen en messen wat vernieuwing en uitbreiding gebruiken. de douche is echt krap, "grote" mensen worden daar niet blij van.

Stylish apartment in lovely old building

My family and I (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed in this apartment for 2 nights in August. The first thing that impressed me was the responsiveness of representatives from the management company. Because the apartment is located in the old part of the city, on a pedestrian street, we would not be able to drive to the building to drop off luggage. Eneka responded to my messages quickly and gave me several suggestions on how to best arrive at the apartment. She provided me with details on returning our hire car and taking taxi or public transport from the airport, as well as a garage close to the building should we want to park and unload first. We opted for the garage which worked out perfectly. Because we were driving from the Dordogne, we did not know exactly when we would arrive in Bordeaux. I was able to text with Eneka and she had a representative meet us at the apartment within 5 minutes of arriving at the building. The whole process was seamless and easy! The apartment itself is large and very stylish. Plenty of room for the 4 of us! We were in the city on Friday & Saturday nights, in a busy and popular part of town, but the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Being August, it was also quite warm, but there were fans available in the bedrooms to keep us cool. This apartment ticked all the boxes for us and we would happily stay here again. Thank you Eneka & Maelle for making everything so easy!

Great location, very quiet, great space with a trendy feel to it. All of the amenities you need!

We spent 5 nights at the apartment. It’s in a great location near the transport links around the city and a short walk from the main shopping street and cafes/restaurants. Nice and easy getting in with our hosts coming to meet us in good time. The apartment is one of three in the building and on the second floor. It’s very easy to find and just a short walk from the bus station where the airport bus (number 1) passes through. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Beautiful part of the historic town; close to everything. Nice apartment and comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean, but tight. It was noisy at night and it was quite warm inside without air conditioning.

Great Apartment, Great Location

We loved this apartment right around the corner from the cathederal, many cafes and the Monoprix (large grocery store). We loved having the tall windows open and hearing the cathederal bells ring. We could walk to everything we wanted to see and could get to the train station easily by streetcar. The owners had a great manual with good information and recommendations. A bonus at check-in was a wonderful bottle of red wine from the region. If you want to explore outside the city, we would recommend taking a train to St. Emilion...only 30 minutes away and an amazing vineyard area! Or go the opposite direction to the Atlantic ocean, climb the sand dunes and eat fresh oysters, welks and winkles right from the fishermans' boats in a historic seaside village! What a wonderful apartment! We had four adult women in our group and had plenty of space. The apartment is chic, welcoming, & in a central location. I had made a mistake with booking the reservation and the host was gracious and accommodating. An excellent apartment for your Bordeaux stay!

Make a mistake with my reservation and booked the wrong dates so never got to stay at the property. The owners were very kind in trying to help me find somewhere else. They even said they would refund part of my payment but still waiting to receive it.

Great place!

Our family of four enjoyed every minute of our stay here! The location was perfect. Right at the center of the city within walking distance of everything. The apartment was clean and spacious. All my questions were answered and Carmen met us there right on time. We would definitely stay there again.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen sowie geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Die Vermietung ist professionell organisiert und genau deswegen gut. Wohnung und Inserat stimmen überein und alles war perfekt vorbereitet.
