  • Kingfish: el alquiler privado de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños está convenientemente ubicado en la autopista 23 a medio camino entre Mile Markers # 3 y # 4 en Venice, Louisiana, ¡donde se encuentra la mejor cocina del mundo! Hay un amplio estacionamiento para botes y remolques y para grupos y estadías prolongadas. Nuestro alquiler privado es simplemente superior: incluye todos los lujos y comodidades del hogar para maximizar su disfrute y placer mientras está en Venecia.

    Nuestra unidad de alquiler es una casa modular de 3 habitaciones / 2 baños completos con más de 1300 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable y capacidad para 6 personas, y cada persona tiene su propia cama. Está bien equipado y totalmente amueblado. Incluye una cocina totalmente equipada, televisión por satélite, terraza exterior y foso para barbacoas.

    Tiene un plano de planta abierto que incluye una gran sala de estar, comedor y combinación de cocina e incluye fotografías de pesca de huéspedes anteriores y sus capturas. La cocina totalmente equipada que incluye un refrigerador, cocina, lavaplatos, horno de microondas, cafetera y tostadora. Todas las ollas, sartenes, vajilla y utensilios se proporcionan. Hay un lavadero que incluye una lavadora y secadora.

    El dormitorio principal incluye una cama doble y una cama individual, el segundo dormitorio incluye una litera con un colchón doble y un colchón completo hacia abajo, y el tercer dormitorio incluye 2 literas, con colchones dobles y colchones completos hacia abajo. Este alquiler tiene capacidad para 6 personas con cada persona que tiene su propia cama. Cuenta con colchones de calidad y ropa de cama para una buena noche de sueño. Las toallas están incluidas también.

    El Alquiler tiene televisión satelital, una terraza de madera adjunta con mesas y sillas exteriores y una parrilla para que pueda asar.

Overall another good stay. House was clean and equipped as advertised. Good location. Only knock, which was minor, but annoying, was that several overhead lights and lamps had bulbs out

Exactly what we imagined

Alicia was super accommodating. The house was wonderful, she was very communicative, we had everything we need. We look forward to staying here again!

Great place to stay for Venice fishing trip. Clean, well kept and comfortable. Good communication with owner/manager. 10-15 minutes from Venice marina. We’ll stay again next year

Property was Very Convenient to Marina .Close !! Pass by Convenience Stores and other Eating Options vs just eating at Marina . Also each had own bedroom and a Monster Big Screen in Living Area . Comfortable place to hang after fishing all day . I would recommend this Property for Fishermen

All in all it was good. Stayed in different unit in same property last year which was better kept up. This years unit needed some repair to a shower and deck. Kitchen well stocked except for foil, plastic wrap and that kind of things. Minor things but could be easy improvements. Would still stay again.

Interior of the camp was very clean. The grill had some dirty pans in it when we went to go use it, but other than that, everything was fine.

Convenient

This property is a great place to stay. We've booked it several times and it's always a great stay. It's CONVENIENT a short drive to the boat launch, a very good restaurant (CHANGES ) and a small bait shop that has what you need (WE DAT). When we come to Venice this is our first go to for a very nice place to stay with ample room for a family or friends down for a fishing trip. We'll be back very soon!!

MANY RULES AND SOME PROBLEMS

When we got there there had been some wind , so the outside door was stuck tight in the frame and took too men to get it undone. It was nearly impossible to close after that so we had to push in the top to keep it from blowing and slamming. the tv quit working the second day the light in the living room worked, but the fan didn't have a shut off pull so it was on or in reverse, if you wanted off it couldn't have the light on. The place just needed some maintanece.

Nice place

Nice place to stay. The only downside was that the cooking utensils were put away dirty. Baking pans had icing from what appeared to be cinnamon rolls. Frying pans had grease and crumbles left in them. No drying towels for dishes. Otherwise it was clean, beds were comfortable, heat and air worked great. I would stay here again.
