Amazing custom-built home within the Eagles Nest community. Room for fourteen guests, massive fireplace with room to gather indoors and out, game room, hot tub, and spectacular views and privacy round out this gorgeous home.

Bouldercrest is a one of a kind masterpiece within Eagles Nest. Hand-carved doors welcome you throughout. Truly a gourmet kitchen, you'll want for nothing. You'll have a small TV in the kitchen, and there is even a mug warming station for your coffee, tea, or Nespresso! The dining table is a custom work of art and seats up to ten guests. From the living room, enjoy the gas log fireplace while watching a movie or enjoying the view of the floor to ceiling glass walls.

Off the kitchen is a butlers kitchen and the laundry center. Two bedrooms are on the main level. Three steps lead you to the master King. There is a private deck, TV, and an amazing bathroom with custom tiled floors, enormous shower, and windows that "fog" at the push of a button. At the other end of the home, you'll find a bedroom with a King bed, a twin bed, and a trundle under the twin.

Head upstairs and find the twins room. There are a total of four twin beds; two beds with trundles under each. This room has it's own TV, as well.

The lower level has two King bedrooms, each with a private full bath. There is a movie room with a large screen TV. The game room has a second movie and viewing area, as well as air hockey, foosball, darts, and a poker table.

Outside, there is room for all to enjoy. The back deck has a modern gas log fireplace and grill. On the front side, lined by giant boulders, there is a wood-burning fire pit, seating, and a walkway to the brand new hot tub. Surrounded by trees, you might see a few creatures, but not any people!

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- All guest vehicles may only be parked in the driveway of the home. Vehicles may not be parked on the road.

- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
-Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- TVs are streaming-capable for guests to bring their logins.
- Please note that this homeowner uses outdoor surveillance cameras, both mounted along the front of the house, to ensure their home stays safe. No cameras monitor the inside of the home or the hot tub area.
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
