The apartment features 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and another with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm)—a walk-in closet, a large living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. Large terrace with a view of the garden, which features a pool and a koi pond, as well as the Voreifel region.

Location:
Flamersheim is a district of the county seat Euskirchen, where you’ll find numerous restaurants, a snack bar, a café, a bakery, two supermarkets, and a large beverage store. All of the aforementioned dining and retail establishments are within walking distance and can be reached by car in 1–2 minutes.
Transportation infrastructure:
Highway access: The vibrant cities of Cologne and Bonn are about 30 minutes away. The idyllic Eifel region, including the Eifel National Park, is also very easily accessible.
Public transportation: A direct bus stop to Euskirchen is just a 5-minute walk away. From Euskirchen, there are excellent train connections to Cologne, Bonn, and the Eifel region.
