Welcome to your piece of paradise. This home is only 7 minutes from the beach & 1.2 miles from the nearest boat ramp. Not only does it provide the convenience, but it also features plenty of space for any family to have fun in a year round summer getaway

This home features high end appliances, top of the line furniture, heated swimming pool/spa, & outdoor games such as corn hole, horseshoe & Relax at the Gazebo with a fire pit, or simply stay indoors playing air hockey, pingpong, monopoly & more.

Overall great place to stay for a family

We just got back from our stay here for Spring Break. Overall it was a really great place with most everything we needed for our family. We travelled with a 3.5 and 6 year old and they both loved it. They couldnt get enough of the pool and air hockey table. There is no smaller bed available so we did end up renting a toddler bed from Happy Baby Rentals and that was a pretty seamless experience with having it delivered right to the house. We did share with the owners that it would have been nice to have some dressers in the bedrooms as we either had to have our clothes on the floor or hung up. We also thought it would have been nice to have a patio table especially since there is plenty of space for one. The kitchen is well stocked and things seem to all be pretty updated. We did have a couple of issues with some closest doors and a nightstand that we couldnt utilize one drawer of but this was also shared with the owners and they said they would have them looked at. Overall we would recommend this house. It was a good location and quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to the beach which was nice too.

Not the stress-free rental we had expected

The positives for this home are it is clean. has an updated kitchen and bathrooms, and has comfortable beds. Convenient location. Nice fenced in backyard for our dog. The outdoor grill worked well.But for us the negatives outweighed the positives. One of the main reasons we rented this home was for the “heated pool/spa” for which we paid an extra fee. The pool had an algae growth and we were unable to use it for several days while waiting for resolution. The spa was only heated to 99 degrees after many messages to the owners who at first said it couldn’t be heated any warmer than the pool. We had no access to the spa controls, so we had to message the owners for each spa use. The living room couch was uncomfortable with no support and sitting low to the ground, so we didn’t use it. The only other chairs in the house are the dining room chairs. One day the water was shut off even though we had messaged the owners that a notice was left on our front door stating this would happen if the bill wasn’t paid.Other things happened…the air conditioning broke, the garage door would not go up, etc. so we ended up having to message the owners almost daily, often more than once. No instructions were given for the house and we were given incorrect info about days for garbage pickup when we asked. The owners (who live out of state) acted like they wanted to take care of all the problems, and did so with the air conditioning and water, but it made for a very stressful vacation.

Great for families!

We enjoyed the house and all it had to offer. Pool saved the day in the hot Florida heat. The kids loved the air hockey table. You are close to many tourist spots. Great stay!
