Updated with new leather living room furniture, freshly painted and decorated through out!
Located west of Tamiami Trail (US41) and close to Vanderbilt Beach Road, Bonita Beach road and I-75, The Preserve at Woods Edge is in a FANTASTIC LOCATION! It is approx. 7 minutes to the beach, close to wonderful restaurants, shopping on Fifth Avenue in Naples, Coconut Point Mall, The Waterside Shoppes, Miromar Outlets, Gulf Shores Mall and more. There are dozens of golf courses nearby and endless attractions. Take a sunset cruise, take part in one of the many nature tours nearby, indulge in the Spa at the Ritz Carlton, take a trolley tour of Naples, enjoy the Galleries downtown or just relax with a good book by the heated pool, just steps away!

Serene nature views of a wildlife preserve and palm trees swaying in the breeze abound from this second floor condo. The spacious living room and dining room are bright, clean and comfortable. Enjoy the peaceful lanai with warm gentle breezes. The updated Master bedroom has views of the preserve, king size bed, TV, a grand walk-in closet and a private bath. The second bedroom is bright and cheerful with 2 twin beds, and large closet. We also have a queen size air mattress that can be set up for those extra guests or children. And I have a "pac-n-play" availabel upon request. The kitchen is spacious and bright. It has a pantry and is fully equipped.

This quiet retreat has a washer and dryer, WIFI Internet, 42 inch flat screen with digital cable, a Blue Ray DVD player, and IHOME Stereo. We also have a 1bedroom/1bath condo at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club,check it out on VRBO listing No. 336975
Come and enjoy our little piece of paradise near the beach for a fun filled getaway. Escape the grey winter chill and enjoy the warm gentle breezes and bright sunny days in our home away from home in the sun!

Lovely and Impeccably clean condo

Such a lovely condo, easy to locate, and wonderfully stocked. The kitchen had everything to suit our needs and then some. The bathrooms are a wonderful size , beautifully clean , stocked with plenty of towels and there was even a bar of Dove soap in each, a nice touch. My husband and I went to the beach every day ( Delano Wiggans State Park a BEAUTIFUL beach 10 minutes away) and were happy to have chairs, a cooler, and umbrella available for our use. We were able to pack minimally because of the washer and dryer in the condo. We tossed our bathing suits and beach towels in the wash when we got in for the day, and were easily ready for the next day, The pool is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We went off season and the complex was very quiet. When you rent during the rainy season in Florida, you take your chances with storms. We dodged a couple of storms while at the beach and were able to wait them out in the car. It doesn't just rain in Florida it was torrential. All in all we had a wonderful sun and beach filled week and would highly recommend this property to friends. (Insanely delicious ice cream at Sweet Melissa's)

Perfect Location

Mary Ann provided wonderful communication about all the condo had to offer in advance of our trip. The kitchen was well stocked, unit was very clean, beds very comfortable, plenty of beach/pool towels, washer/dryer, and we used the cooler, beach cart and chairs every single day on our trip. The condo pool was very well kept with bathrooms, grill, chairs, and tables. This location makes it easy to go anywhere in southwest Florida. In addition to all the great beaches in Bonita Springs, we did an all-day pontoon boat rental in Fort Myers, visited local breweries and Popgolf, went to Naples, and did a fantastic kayak tour on Marco Island.

AMAZING AND RELAXING

WE LOVED OUR STAY AT MARY ANN & DALE'S, GETAWAY CONDO IN BONITA SPRINGS, FLORIDA. THE POOL WAS HEATED, AND VERY CLEAN AS WELL AS THE CONDO. SECURITY WAS GREAT, WITH THE GATES IN & OUT. LOTS OF NATURE ACTIVITY, SEATED ON THE SCREENED IN LANAI. THIS PLACE TRULY HAS WHAT MADE OUR VACATION, A VERY SUCESSFUL STAY. WE HOPE TO COME BACK AGAIN, TO THIS GEM IN SUNNY SOUTHWEST FLORIDA. Fantastic apartment

Wonderful, well equipped apartment perfectly located for many activities, beaches, great restaurants and shopping. The swimming pool is excellent too. Great communication from the owner, highly recommend staying here.

Just great in every way

This is a fantastic place to stay… Everything about it is wonderful. If you travel heavy with luggage you do need to know there is no elevator, but the stairs are not too much at all. The unit is so well stocked I was surprised. The owners have made this place feel like a tropical home away from home. Plus you have Naples and Marco Island just a straight shot away. Everything you could possibly need or want is everywhere around you. So many options to do anything and go anywhere. Excellent strategic location and great to just stay in the area too if you choose not to explore. The host is so well organised and professional and prepares you so well that you couldn’t possibly expect more. Just excellent on every level.

Positive Energy

Felt right at home immediately. The hosts have achieved the warmth and inviting comfort that they want all their guests to feel from the moment they pull up and unload the car. The positive energy and vibrant colors throughout the condo leaves you with a feeling of being at YOUR family’s place. It’s like you have been family with the hosts for life. Cannot tell you how much their hospitality has meant to our group. Such a beautiful home with so many amenities and little touches here and there to show they care about your comfort level. We had a wonderful relaxing time at this property. It was homey, and welcoming. Pool was clean, we enjoyed a few hours a day there. We even experienced out first time in a hurricane! Elsa was very good to us! Thank you for sharing your property.

Bonita Spring Condo

The owners were very pleasant to work with and answered our questions quickly. The condo was provisioned extremely well with the basic necessities like laundry, dishwasher, dish soap, etc. which helped after a 21/2 day drive. The 2nd floor condo is attractively decorated and the screened lanai and lovely setting with table, chairs & view was an added treat. We enjoyed our stay.

Near Everything

Never had to drive more than a few minutes to the beach, shopping, golf and restaurants. The unit was well stocked with all the essentials and more, including beach gear. The owner was very accessible and responsive.

Michiganders at Bonita Beach

Gorgeous condo in a perfect location. Condo has everything you might need. Wonderful pool area. Even though they were re-tiling the roof pretty much the whole week, we weren't bothered or inconvenienced at all.
