2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board is provided for guest use, exclusive to this unit.

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the home you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!
The property less than 2 miles to Bonita Beach Park, less than 4 miles to Barefoot Beach County Preserve, 6 miles to Coconut Point shopping & dining, 15 miles to the heart of Naples, and 22 miles to RSW airport - truly in the middle of it all!
No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the home and lanai.
No pets allowed.
Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & nighttime temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures, and a static temperature is not guaranteed.
The heated pool is fiberglass, and the painted surface is fading but it is not a "dirty" surface. The owner is planning to repaint the surface as soon as possible. The pool may be used and enjoyed in the meantime. Thank you.
**Please note boat lift is not available for use; however the dock may be used to tie up a boat.
