Our beautiful Bonita Beach community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, and while some areas of the complex are still being refreshed, the beaches are once again stunning and easily accessible just across the street. The Gulf sparkles, the sunsets are spectacular, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere is very much alive.



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. Tennis courts remain closed at this time, though two temporary pickleball courts are available for guests.



The Space:



This 7th floor Beach and Tennis studio is located in the highly desirable Building 1, which is the closet walk to the beach, via the protected beach access crossing. The view from the balcony looks over the Gulf and toward Barefoot beach to the south - you really will remember it long after your vacation ends!



Start your day out with coffee on the private lanai or with a morning stroll to the beach. Finish off your long beach day with a cocktail at Docs next door and a view of the gorgeous Gulf sunset. Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Imperial River, the Beach & Tennis condo community is comprised of (5) 10-story towers overlooking the Gulf, across the street from Bonita Beach Park, with premium beach access and active lifestyle offerings.



You will enjoy 500 square feet of studio space, sleeping 2 guests; the kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled with beautiful stone counters, and tile flooring throughout.



The living area has a sofa and chair, large flat screen TV with cable package and sliding glass doors open to the sun-filled, 7th floor balcony with a beautiful view



The bedroom area is open to the living space and enjoys a view of the TV from the bed - which includes a king bed; bed and bath linens are included, and a large open closet with dresser is available for your belongings.



The bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination.



The kitchen comes equipped full size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, silverware, basic small appliances and dining table for 4.



The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed lanai where you can enjoy an evening meal or morning coffee overlooking the Gulf.



Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.



All bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels are included.

The Community:



Community pay-per-use washers & dryers are located in buildings 1, 3 & 5 - this unit is Building 1.



Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

The condo complex is close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, water sports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.



No pets allowed.



Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
