The brand-new home is bright and inviting, with warm wood touches, an open floor plan, and plenty of natural light. Gather around the expansive kitchen island for conversation, enjoy meals in the spacious dining area, or step through the sliding doors onto the deck to grill and take in the fresh Adirondack air. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide a relaxing and private space for everyone to spread out. A short stroll across the property, the cozy cottage offers its own peaceful retreat with a welcoming sunporch, a beautifully updated kitchen, and a flexible study that doubles as an extra sleeping space. Both homes have their own deck with bbq grill overlooking the expansive yard. In the evenings, gather around one or both of the fire pits under a sky full of stars. There is also a separate parking space for a boat trailer or RV.

Just down the road, the charming village of Bolton Landing awaits with quaint boutiques, lakeside dining, and marinas where you can rent a boat or paddleboard to explore the crystal-clear waters of Lake George. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing Stay

All was great, comfortable and clean. Close to town, easy access to Bolton and all it has to offer as well Lake George which is great for kids.
