Escape to the 211-acre property where you can observe the daily routine of an actual working dairy farm when you stay at this 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental. Visit the cow barn on a self-guided tour where the the cows are milked twice a day and, if you’re adventurous, you can try milking a cow! See how the fresh milk is prepared for bottling and sample the fresh milk or some homemade ice cream flavors at our Dairy Store. Relax at the on-site, L-shaped pool or fish in the private pond!

Excellent Stay

I set up this stay for five of my coworkers and they all greatly enjoyed their time at the house. Plenty of room and amenities for all, and a pool that came in clutch for the 90 degree days!

Wonderful place!!

Highly recommend this property! House is exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for our group. The pool was fabulous. Kiddos loved watching the cows and ducks. The store with ice cream was a huge hit. The property owner Sandy was very sweet and checked on us to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay again.

Plenty of space!

Beautiful location with plenty of space for my adult children and their significant others to hang out. The pool was great, plenty of grassy area for playing ball, large kitchen for late night gathering, and charming old house that’s decorated so cute! Owner was easy to connect with and welcomed us to walk around the farm. Bathrooms are old/original so we needed to adjust how we use modern appliances, but not a big deal. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Family Funeral

Our brother-in-law passed away unexpectedly. The house was perfect for us to gather to plan services and be with each other. It was also 10 minutes from our sister's home in Coventry. The service, grounds, home, and farm were wonderful. I highly recommend it. Paul.

Wonderful Stay

Everything about the house and property was exactly as described. We had the best time there with plenty of space to spread out. It was very clean and comfortable. The kids had so much fun exploring and they visited the ice cream shop everyday that it was open.We will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Very enjoyable weekend. Summer coming to an end so crisp mornings and pool water a little cold. Farm animals fun for children’s entertainment. Host was a great historian for the area.

Great old farmhouse with a lot of history

Loved the history of this farmhouse, being on the dairy farm, the animals, and of course their ice cream. It's close to everything. The hosts were extremely responsive to all questions and small incidents we encountered.

Family get together

This property was perfect for our get together. People were coming from various East Coast states, so it was easy to get to from the airport and the highways. The house itself was spacious with lots of places for people to be together or to be by themselves. It was clean, had everything we needed, and quiet. The farm with its animals and the farm store with its ice cream added that special touch that we all enjoyed. Easy contact with hosts also.

Short visit with Family

We had a wonderful time at the farmhouse. Sharon left fresh milk and eggs for us in the fridge. The house is big and we all had places where we could wind down and relax. The property is picturesque.. it’s so beautiful and peaceful as you drive into the farm on the winding road. We will definitely stay again when visiting CT.

Spacious and charming

We loved our stay at the farm. The house had plenty of room for 6 of us. We relaxed, we enjoyed the property, and we loved the ice cream!! Sandy was extremely accommodating, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back! Thank you!
