Vacation Apartment 45 at the Seestern Residence is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to two people.

This vacation apartment offers approximately 45 m² of living space on the 2nd floor, featuring a living room with an integrated kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The balcony faces the lake and is furnished with comfortable patio furniture. The beach is only about 100 m away.

Your living room is modern and tastefully furnished and features high-quality designer flooring. The stereo system and flat-screen TV with Sky reception provide entertainment—not just on rainy days. The cozy dining area is also located in the living area.

Your bedroom—which also features high-quality designer flooring—is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). A large walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. Curtains provide privacy and protection from the sun.

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals: a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, plenty of dishes, etc. Of course, there is a tiled shower room. This vacation rental is a non-smoking unit where pets are not allowed.

The Residenz Seestern vacation complex is located in the center of Boltenhagen. You can enjoy relaxation and wellness amenities in the complex’s wellness area, which includes free use of the swimming pool (the Residenz Seestern wellness area will be closed from Jan. 6, 2025, to Jan. 26, 2025, for maintenance and deep cleaning). You can spend relaxing hours in the sauna area (for a fee). Popular restaurants await you on the first floor of the Residenz Seestern.

The complex features an elevator and an underground parking garage (entrance height: 2.00 m). A bicycle storage room provides space for bicycles. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and Sky are available free of charge.

The four apartment buildings of the Residenz Seestern are modern and centrally located, right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. The beach is 100 m away.

Pets are allowed in some apartments.
All apartments offer free Wi-Fi and Sky.
Each apartment comes with a designated parking space in the underground garage (maximum vehicle height: 1.95 meters).


Vacation apartments in the Residenz Seestern complex


The Residenz Seestern complex consists of four buildings connected by the underground garage.
You can reach your vacation apartment by elevator (dimensions: 0.70 m x 1 m) from the underground parking garage or via three steps from the building entrance. Of course, every vacation apartment at Residenz Seestern features a terrace or balcony.
When the weather is nice, younger guests can have fun on the playground, which features a slide, sandbox, climbing frame, and nest swing.

As a special highlight, the Seestern Residence in Building 1 offers a wellness area where you can use the swimming pool free of charge year-round or (for a fee) enjoy the sauna in a well-maintained setting (the Seestern Residence wellness area will be closed from 05.01.2026 to 25.01.2026 for maintenance work and deep cleaning). You can access the wellness area via the underground parking garage.

Next to the underground parking garage, you’ll find a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers.
Storage rooms and niches in the underground parking garage are available for the bicycles you bring with you.
