Vacation Apartment No. 5 in the Dünenblick vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people.<br><br>The apartment, which features an ocean view, is located on the first floor of Building 1 and measures approximately 50 m². It includes a living room with access to a furnished terrace, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is about 50 m from the Dünenblick vacation complex.<br><br>A modern sofa set, a flat-screen TV, movies and CDs, a radio, and a small library all contribute to the comfort of the living room. The spacious dining table is also located here. The floor is covered with laminate.<br><br>The tiled kitchen, integrated into the living area, is well-equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The American-style refrigerator with freezer compartment is the kitchen’s eye-catching feature.<br><br>The bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) with neck support pillows and a closet for your vacation wardrobe. The flooring is laminate.<br><br>Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment starting in December 2023. An underground parking space (entrance height 210 cm) ensures safe storage for your car.<br><br>At Dünenblick, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), bicycle storage, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available.<br><br>Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. The quiet surroundings and proximity to the beach offer you the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation right on the Baltic Sea.<br><br>The entire complex has free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony or the (rooftop) terrace of your apartment. Some vacation apartments overlooking the Baltic Sea offer a direct view of the ocean.<br><br>Coin-operated washers and a coin-operated dryer are available in the basement of the first building. You can park your bicycles in the bike rack in front of the vacation complex.
