Vacation Apartment No. 89 at the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

You’ll stay in a cozy 2-room apartment on the first floor with its own entrance. For a relaxing vacation, you’ll have approximately 53 m² of living space, including a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag vacation complex is approximately 400 m.

You can access the south-east-facing, furnished terrace from the living area. From here, you can enjoy sunbathing with a view of the greenery. The living room is comfortably furnished and features laminate flooring. The pull-out sofa (200 x 150 cm) provides sleeping space for two people. The dining area, with a comfortable corner bench, is a great place for the family to gather for meals together. A modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player provide entertainment.

The separate kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, a 4-burner stovetop with an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A small breakfast nook has also been set up here for breakfast for two.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large closet for your clothes. The carpeted floor creates a cozy atmosphere. Curtains on the window provide privacy.

A tiled shower room is also included. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises you plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and—in some cases—separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
