Paradise awaits you at the Bocilla Island Club on Pine Island Florida.

Come enjoy a beautiful gulf access condo in Bocilla Island Club, at the northern tip of Pine Island. Enjoy your morning coffee, watching the sunrise with a view of the dolphins swimming in the canal and Jug Creek, from both the master bedroom and living room lanais. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, half bath, large living/dining area. The master suite has a king-sized bed with your own attached bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a twin sized cot, and a tub/shower combo. Every room has a HDTV with cable television and internet access available. There is also a washer and dryer.
If fishing is what you're looking for? Some of the best fishing in SWFL can be found on the private 400-foot pier on Charlotte Harbor. You might even see some the manatees swim by the pier. Community amenities include two swimming pools, two tennis courts, two clubhouses, an on-site marina with boat launch. Lush, tropical foliage compliments this resort. There are two amazing restaurants that are minutes away from the condo. Staying on Pine Island will provide you with warm tropical weather, endless water views, an abundance of varieties of birds, dolphin playing, mullet jumping, and gorgeous sunsets ~ not to mention some of the best fishing in the world.

We sure had a great stay !Sharon is a wonderful host! We enjoyed playing pickleball, the pools and walking to the pier. There is a great bike shop on the island and a paved bike trail! We plan to go back to warm sunny Florida again next February!

Sharons place is beautiful and just as described. She was a wonderful host, stayi g at her home was an excellent choice. Bokellia is the best part of pine island and most of the matinas and boat rentals and charters run from a location that is only minutes from this fantastic apartment. I will definitely stay again in the future

Great Condo!!

Absolutely love staying at Bocilla island club! The grounds are beautifully landscaped with 2 pools. It’s so peaceful and everyone is so friendly! The private pier is a great spot to watch the sunrise/sunset and to go fishing. The view from the condo is amazing, you can enjoy your coffee on the lanai (my favorite spot) and watch the dolphin and boats going by. Sharon is the nicest person to work with, anything you need she is on top of it. This is my favorite rental!!

Exactly what we needed!

Quiet and easy stay. From the pool area to the pier for a sunset to complete a day. Well appointed Condo living with screened Lanai for sunrises and canal/boat watching. Exactly what we needed. Just far enough out of the way and close enough to endless possibilities Relaxed atmosphere for food and drink from Matlacha to St James. Would definitely make a return trip.

Spring Break with our girls

Stayed in this beautiful condo in Bokeelia. The location was great, easy access to fishing and the beach with our boat. Great restaurants nearby. The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Bokeelia - the end of the island

We stayed for 1 month at this Bocilla Island Club condo and enjoyed every minute. The grounds are fun and there is lots to do. Tennis, swimming in one of the two pools, watching the boats in the canal or out on Jug Creek Bay. The condo is furnished so nicely, great big TV and wonderful and comfortable bed and linens. Owner is fantastic and is very helpful. This was our second stay in this condol.

Very well maintained and comfortable. Sharon was very accommodating. If we are back in the area we will definitely come back. Bokeelia area is beautiful and this condo is right in the middle of it all.

Enjoyed our stay

It is a beautiful area. Condo was furnished very well. It served our purpose well which was to be within an hour of my father. We also enjoyed the island although Matlacha is so devastated we found breakfast at the Perfect Cup very enjoyable and the souvenir stores very nice.

The perfect Getaway

It was way more than what we expected absolutely beautiful peaceful quiet clean we definitely would come back and rent this again five girls in our 50s. Very impressed with everything the pools the view from our balcony watching the sunrise spot on looking forward to coming back again.

Fantastic Stay

My wife and 2 kids stayed at this property and had a fantastic time! The layout of the property was perfect, and has all amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Being on the canal for extremely convenient for boating and the pools on the property were fantastic! The host was extremely nice and helpful! Hopefully we will be able to visit again soon.

Bokeelia paradise

This condo is amazing. Furniture is 1st class. Loved the lanai with its great view and comfy furniture. Kitchen is outfitted with lovely dishes and glassware. Looking forward to staying again.

Felt like home

We have stayed at Bocilla Island Club at a friends condo many times before, but this was the first time we rented our own place and we could not have felt more at home. From the moment we walked in, the decor was perfectly suited and the cleanliness of the unit was exceptional. I don't think I have ever stayed in a rental that was so clean and tidy. The unit was well equipped with everything you would need and more. The sunrise from the master balcony every morning was worth waking up for. Communication with Sharon the owner was exceptional. If I could give this 100 stars I would. We definitely plan to rent this unit again.

Welcome to Paradise 🌴

What a beautifully decorated and well maintained condo. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The views from the balconies watching the dolphin(Notch)🐬 was one of the highlights of our stay besides the sunrise at the pier, heated pool, restaurants, shopping and kayaking.
