This 5-bedroom Boise home is ideal for families, large groups, and reunions, offering space, entertainment, and a prime location. Ample parking is available directly in front of the home and in the driveway.

Upstairs features the full kitchen, dining area, living room with smart TV and electric fireplace, bathroom with a shower/tub combo and two king bedrooms.

Downstairs is designed with families in mind. There is a movie theater with a sectional couch, bean bag chair and 80 inch smart TV. This space includes a popcorn maker, two bedrooms with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a washer and dryer. There is a third bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed that has an attached slide for kids, smart TV, board games, and toys for children.

Outdoor Space: Please note there is no outdoor seating or grass, and the outdoor area is not intended as a gathering space.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
