    #StayInMyDistrict West Bench Townhome in Boise. Fantastic central location with quick access to The Village at Meridian — one of the Treasure Valley’s most popular destinations for shopping, dining, entertainment, and the Village Cinema. Just minutes from groceries, restaurants, Costco, parks, a short drive to downtown Boise and BSU, and 45 minutes to skiing at Bogus Basin in the winter. This modern three-level townhouse features 3 King bedrooms, bright open living spaces, high ceilings, and contemporary finishes throughout.



    Please NOTE: There is a separate studio apartment on the main level with its own private entrance that may be occupied during your stay. Your townhouse occupies the second and third floors with a dedicated, private entry.



    The Space:

    Modern design, natural light, and thoughtful layout make this home an inviting and comfortable place to stay. The second floor includes the living room, dining area, powder room, kitchen, and balcony, while the third floor hosts all 3 King bedrooms and the laundry area. High ceilings, bright windows, and updated décor give the entire townhouse a fresh, spacious feel.



    Primary Bedroom (Bedroom 1):

    The primary bedroom features a King bed with a high-quality mattress and plush pillows. Large windows provide a view to the mountains East of the Treaure Valley. Room-darkening curtains and blinds allow for full privacy. The room includes a comfortable accent chair, and a full private en-suite bathroom. Clean walls, minimal décor, and bright lighting create a restful atmosphere. A large walk-in closet provides aple room for clothing and luggage storage.



    The en-suite bathroom features double vanities, and a walk in shower. Guests are provided with quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.



    Second Primary Bedroom (Bedroom 2)

    The second King bedroom features a westerly view. It includes a comfortable memory-foam King mattress, room-darkening curtains and blinds. This bedroom does not have a TV. It includes a closet for guest storage.



    Third Primary Bedroom (Bedroom 3)

    The third King bedroom mirrors the second. It includes a comfortable memory-foam King mattress, room-darkening curtains and blinds. This bedroom does not have a TV. It includes a closet for guest storage.



    Full Bath

    The full bathroom upstairs includes a double vanity sink with a tub shower. Guests are provided with quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.



    Living Area

    The living room is bright and spacious with a 75” ROKU smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The large couch creates a welcoming space for relaxing, watching TV, or gathering with friends and family. Large windows fill the room with natural light and connect directly to the balcony.



    Kitchen & Dining

    The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry, and generous counter space. The breakfast bar seats four with barstools. A spacious dining table is positioned near large windows and the balcony doors, creating an inviting spot for shared meals or working remotely. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, a microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed for preparing meals at home.



    A powder room is conveniently located off the dining area.



    Balcony

    Step onto the private balcony through the glass doors. This outdoor space includes a BBQ grill and outdoor seating—ideal for morning coffee, grilling dinner, or enjoying fresh Boise air in a peaceful setting. Also featured is an overhead sun shade and a roll-down sun shade on the eastern side.



    Laundry

    A full-size washer and dryer are located on the top floor near the bedrooms for guest convenience.



    Guest Access:

    Guests have full private access to the two-level townhouse (levels two and three), including bedrooms, balcony, living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry. A separate studio apartment on the grond floor level may be occupied by another guest, and there is a shared ground floor interior hallway that leads to both PRIVATE secure entrances. The Garage is NOT included.



    The Neighborhood:

    Located in Boise’s centrally located West Bench neighborhood, this home offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Guests love the area for its easy access to downtown Boise, Boise State University, the Boise Airport, and major employers throughout the Treasure Valley. The neighborhood is close to popular shopping, dining, coffee shops, and everyday essentials, while also providing quick access to parks, the Boise River Greenbelt, and the Boise Foothills trail system. With its established residential feel and central location between Boise and Meridian, West Bench is a favorite for both business and leisure travelers seeking a comfortable home base during their stay.



    Getting Around:

    A car is recommended, though Uber and Lyft are readily available. Approximate drive times:

    – 5 minutes to The Village at Meridian

    – 10 minutes to downtown Boise

    – 10 minutes to BSU

    – 12 minutes to Boise Airport

    – 5 minutes to parks and local grocery stores

    Easy access to Eagle Road, Fairview, downtown corridors, and I-84.



    Other Things to Note:

    ~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.

    ~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.

    ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

    ~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

    ~ An additional housekeeping fee is required on all stays over 14 nights.

    ~ We do NOT accept pets of any kind at this property.

    Interaction with Guests:

    We are local and can be available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to lockbox.
