This neighborhood is tucked away 10 minutes from downtown. It consists of five townhomes on a private drive. Although the homes are rough around the edges, the interior of this home is very clean and comfortable for living.

The whole house is yours!

This 2 bedroom 1 bath home is in the heart of the action . Walk, bike or drive to nearly everything you will need for your stay.

The living room space is modern, with a sleeper couch, large tv, plenty of seating for the whole home, books and games.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking. This includes an oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, and a kitchen table with seating for 4 people.

There are two bedrooms equipped with comfortable queen beds, large closets for storage, extra blankets, and bedside lamps for nightly reading.

A one car garage is available for use, as well as a LARGE yard with seating for a night under the stars. The space in the garage would fit a very small vehicle, and there is one parking spot in the driveway. There is only one other flex space in the neighborhood that is first come first serve.

The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, blow dryer, and much much more!

The fireplace unfortunately is not in service.

This property does not provide cable. It does have a smart TV with many streaming apps that you can log into.

It would be best to get around by vehicle, but the essentials are within walking distance.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.

This home is a townhome and the shared "wall" is the garage.
