Our welcoming, family friendly, modern home has convenient access to I-84, making easy access to both Boise and Nampa, and a straight shop to the airport.

Just five minutes to great food, drinks, coffee, and shops. Easy access to grocery stores, and is central to both Boise and Nampa when you want to get out and about.

Close to Roaring Springs Waterpark, Wahooz Family Fun Zone, a BRAND NEW TOP GOLF, great parks, and beautiful hikes! Your family or group will never be bored during your stay with us in Meridian.

We are also just an hour away from Bogus Basin ski resort!

Our home is just a few years old with tons of amenities and is furnished to make sure you feel at home during your stay.

Starting with an easy to use kitchen that includes a full size fridge with water dispenser and ice maker, stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig (coffee included). We offer plenty of utensils and cookware so you can cook your favorite meals during your stay. Dinner is served with a simple, but elegant dinner table (6) and a bar with (4) barstools.

Bright, open, and comfortable living area that opens into the kitchen features a sectional that converts into a sofa sleeper. More than enough seating for your entire family or group. Relax and binge watch your favorite streaming shows on our 50 inch 4K UHD Smart TV. Open seating make it easy to sit back and read, play one of our great games, or just enjoy some quality time.

The Master bedroom features a KING size bed with a comfortable gel memory foam mattress and clean linens. You'll find a 40 inch Smart TV, walk in closet with plenty of space to store personal items. The attached, private Master bath has a large walk in shower, with high quality towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, and extra toiletries in case someone forgot something! Hair dryer and paper products are provided for your convenience.

Two additional bedrooms feature comfortable sleeping areas. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed while Bedroom #2 has a bunkbed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. Both include gel memory foam beds, clean comfortable linens, and closets for your personal items.

The bright and clean main bath has a shower/tub combo as well as high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, extra toiletries, hair dryer, and paper products are provided for your convenience.

There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board for guests to use.

Our house is also 2 doors down from the community pool. The pool is seasonal and typically open from June to September. **Please remember that this is a community pool and guests are required to follow the rules at all times.**

George & Liz' fam friendly cozy Meridian home was awesome! Board games, tellies in every room with space galore to relax, cook, eat, sleep. Their home was very clean upon arrival, and we had easy communication with host George during our stay. Close access to Albertsons etc, and not far from Meridian main town shopping dining etc. We will be back here again for sure when visiting Meridian Idaho! - Ivylani & Fam :)

Great area to take your family to get away, great location for kids with plenty of parks nearby and the pool was a big hit (although for anyone looking to vacation outside of the summer months keep it mind the pool is not open year round). House was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Owners/property managers quick to respond if you have questions. safe neighborhood! Basically perfect get away especially if you have young children.

Great Little House

If you need to be in southern Meridian, this is the spot! Great little house—clean, comfortable, and just a quick drive to grocery stores, coffee, and restaurants. Excellent communication with the host. Would stay again!

Best sleep abroad

Super comfy bed...soo important after a busy day visiting with nearby family. Location (in a family friendly neighborhood) was perfect for us and minutes away from everything we needed. The house was clean, & well stocked with everything you could think of, plus more. George (host) replied to my questions instantly. Would recommend & will stay again.

The pool was great, kids loved how close it was to the house. I would’ve given the property 5 stars, but unfortunately the last guest smoked in the bathroom and it was terribly stinky for a few days. Luckily George was quick to respond and help out with a fan and got someone out right away to help solve the issue. I would love to see blackout shades in the front bedrooms and cotton sheets. The kitchen was really well appointed, there was salt and pepper and a bunch of spices, even some flour and sugar. The hosts also supplied some coffee pods and that was a welcome touch!

Exactly as shown

More than once we have stayed with a VRBO property, only to find that the description and pictures likely were accurate many years ago. But, when we arrived, we realize that there was a reason it was cheaper than the rest of the listings. I was so pleased to find that this property was exactly as promised. It was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and it had everything included, as well as a few items like toiletries and laundry soap, that normally aren't included in the price of a rental. The owner was amazing, and responsive within minutes of a message. I couldn't believe what we got for the money. It was a great spot for our family of mostly teenage/older kids. It is close to the water park and other Meridian business and places of interest, but far enough off the commercial roads that you can sleep peacefully at night. If anyone I know is going to this area and needs a place to stay, I would recommend this rental.

This property was very comfortable. All the extra amenities were great. It had everything we needed and more. Its location was close to everything we had going on. We had a couple questions when we first arrived, but George was quick to answer and very friendly. They made our stay very enjoyable

Christmas Family Visit

The home was tidy and perfect size for parents & adult children. All the conveniences, including games for family game night. It was located near the main roads & highways to access shopping and Boise. It was in a cute, family-oriented community with playground areas for children, yet very quiet. We just wish we had lots of snow during our 10 day holiday visit!

Clean & Comfortable Home

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and comfortable home. The home was well equipped/stocked with linens, soaps and kitchenware/dinnerware (if you forgot something it most likely was available things like floss, toothbrush, soap). There was certainly a home away from home feeling! The entire home was extremely clean, it has full size washer/dryer, a gas BBQ on a cute little patio and the air conditioning worked great! The homes layout was fantastic and would be great for a family or group with a split floor plan for bedrooms/bathrooms (2 bedrooms and a bathroom in the front and the master bedroom/bathroom in the back) and the open concept common area had a great flow with plenty of seating. The location was in a great neighborhood (very quiet and well maintained) with a community pool, community park area and easy parking in front of the home. The host was extremely attentive and more than accommodating and took the time to reach out multiple times before/during/after our stay to see if there were any needs/concerns/questions and was quick to respond with answers. If you are looking for a stress free comfortable stay this is your place!

Amazing

We could have asked for a better property to rent while in Idaho! Very convenient location, comfortable beds and all of the little amenities you could think of! The owners were very responsive to any needs we had! We have family in Idaho, so when we come back we will definitely be looking forward to staying here again!
