We have created a home that meets our own high expectations for amenities, cleanliness, and comfort for you and your family.
Relax in style in this newer single-family home that boasts new luxury, functional furnishings made for gathering family and friends. Sleep in comfort in bedroom ones’ king size bed, bedroom twos’ queen size bed and bedroom threes’ twin over full bunk bed - all have top-of-the-line mattresses and bedding. There is also a queen size quick fill air mattress if needed to easily sleep 9 as well as a playpen for baby.
There is a parking space in front of the home and the two car garage is accessed behind the home.
The fully equipped kitchen which opens to the living room is the heart of this home and perfect for entertaining. There is a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. We provide coffee for the drip pot but, bring your own pods for the Keurig. Just off the kitchen is a cozy patio perfect for grilling and chilling. The home has 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, Q-tips, curling iron and more.
A washer and dryer along with detergent and softener is also available for your convenience.
This is a DOG friendly home with a fenced in small yard / patio area and a dog bed downstairs as well as up. We do ask that you do not allow your dog on the furniture. (sorry, no cats)
High speed wifi internet and two 65” HD smart TV’s that stream Direct TV located in the living room and in bedroom one. Just ask Alexa to play your favorite music or answer most all your questions in the living room. There is also “low tech” fun with Scrabble, Monopoly, Checkers, UNO, books, cards and puzzles.
The home is located less than 1 mile to BSU, less than ½ mile to the greenbelt, the Boise River and the best coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and more! 1.5 miles to downtown, 16 miles to Bogus Basin Skiing. The BSU stadium and Extra Mile Arena is a close walk away for games, concerts and tailgating. Less than a ½ mile from the Albertson’s headquarters and close to Micron and Simplot and other Boise based businesses as well.

Great Boise State Graduation Stay!

Highly recommend this cozy, clean and comfy home!! We flew into Boise with Family and stayed here for a few days before and after our son's Graduation from BSU! It was so nice to be all together instead of scattered and separated in a hotel and have the comforts of a real home!

College drop off

This home was a perfect location to spend 3-4 days with my son before leaving him at BSU. The home is close to the college, had a garage we could drive right in with a car full of stuff, was clean & comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Boise bachelorette party

The BSU house is perfect for a weekend in Boise. The location is perfect for getting around town on a bike and super close to the river (which we tubed). The house is beautiful, well stocked and very comfortable. Crystal was a very helpful and attentive host :)

Expectations exceeded!

This immaculate home is a gem! The quiet location was close to BSU, the Greenbelt, Albertsons, downtown, and our favorite restaurant, Barbacoa, was within walking distance. The cleanliness, quality furnishings, and comfortable beds were much appreciated. It was a wonderful spot to stay while in town visiting our Bronco. The well stocked kitchen made it easy for me to cook some of my son’s favorite meals. This home will be a hard rental to beat, and we would book it again in an instant. Thank you Crystal for your attention to detail, helpfulness, and for sharing your lovely home with us!

Beautiful, clean home

This home was a great stay for us. I sometimes am nervous to rent a home where pets are allowed, but not with this home! It was clean, smelled clean and was a great home away from home. The kitchen is stocked well so that I was able to cook meals and have everything I needed. Crystal kept in contact to make sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. If I'm ever in the area another time I would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Best BSU moms weekend EVER!

What a charming, comfortable, incredibly clean home. This is by far my favorite home I’ve stayed in while visiting Boise. The owner Crystal was beyond accommodating and kind. The towels, bedding, beds and couch were soft and very comfortable. Such a well appointed kitchen and the little touches everywhere made it feel like home.

Perfect place in the perfect location

This property is located perfectly for us when visiting our son at BSU. It's also conveniently located to all downtown has to offer. We particularly appreciated the games, the well-equipped kitchen and the luxurious beds and pillows! We would definitely stay here again--thank you!
