This spacious, elegant home is 2 blocks from the new Costco in Meridian. This house is set up to accommodate large groups. Rates are based on 10 guests, add $20/night/guest up to 20.



The Space:

Downstairs sleeps 4, upstairs sleeps 16. NO air mattresses involved :-)

Everyone gets to sleep on a memory foam mattress in a real bed.



The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.



We want to make sure you have a 5-star experience at our properties.



Guest Access:

You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

The house is in a residential neighborhood 2 min from the new Costco and on a very quiet street. To Boise airport: 24 min. To Bogus Basin: 27 min. To Eagle: 10 min. To Idaho Central Arena: 25 min. To Eagle Ada Sports Complex: 17 min. To Eagle Tennis Club: 14 min.



Other Things to Note:

There is a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This house is owned by Sam Wenzel, owner and operator of Boise Vacation Rentals LLC. As you know, a professional host who manages their own rentals is the best of both worlds: professional management coupled with the care only an owner can bring to a property.
