With 1 queen bed in the bedroom, AC, WiFi, and a hair dryer in the bathroom, this brilliant space has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Well lit parking area 40 ft. from unit. Quiet and safe with deck and patio area. Just remodeled with several ammenities such as Keurig coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave and electric reclining chair. Free WiFi and new 40" smart tv. New electronic desk with height adjustments.

The studio room was as advertised. It was super clean and peaceful. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. If we are ever in need of a place in the area, we would certainly stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this clean, quiet and charming accommodation that perfectly met our needs. The host and hostess were so easy to work with. Everything that you might need for a short term stay was provided. We were able to eat out on their comfortably decorated patio. The hosts were wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

This was a great stay during my transition to a new home in the Boise area. The property was very clean and well-maintained — the room felt fresh, comfortable, and ready for me right away. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful with check-in and local tips, which made everything smoother during my move.The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and daily essentials all conveniently nearby. It was a peaceful, quiet spot that gave me the space I needed while getting settled.Overall a solid, comfortable property that I’d recommend to other travelers looking for a reliable base in Boise. Very clean and nice, perfect for one or two people. Tom communicated well and everything I needed was provided (bedding, towels, bottled water, etc.). It is connected to the main house, but has a private entry in the back yard. I would stay there again if I was in the area needing a place for night. Recommended.

A lovely room with a spacious, private bathroom—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was easy to find and conveniently accessible from the main road. Our hosts were warm, welcoming, and very responsive throughout our stay. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway—would definitely return!
