    We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules.
    - No Pets
    -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval
    -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
    -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
    -Please take care not to block our neighbors` driveways or mailboxes
    -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
    -Please remove shoes in the house

    Cleaning Policy
    • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.

    We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. If you have questions about bringing your pet, feel free to reach out prior to booking.

We truly enjoyed staying at this Condo… was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great for Handicap. I got around with no trouble except for taking a shower. Had to buy a shower chair and no grab bars but everything else was perfect! Will definitely stay there again.

The apartment was great in its layout and conveniently located for getting to activities around the Boise area. The beds were comfortable and the separate bathrooms made our stay very easy. The kitchen was nice and clean. Check in was easy.

It was okay. You can’t get to the hot tub or pool. It’s an apartment not a house. The neighbors upstairs were loud. But it worked for the weekend.

Cute condo

I love staying at this complex because my parents live nearby and this condo was very cute. It was very welcoming to my dog and even had a little bed, dish and toy waiting for him. It's nice to be able to use the pool when it's hot and there was deck right out back of our room for sitting. Two full baths would make this a great place to stay if one of my daughters came with me next time!

We had another location we were going to stay at, but there was a last minute problem at that property. They had another property that wasn't rented so they offered to put us up at that property. Perfect size and very comfortable. I'd stay there again. Thank you very much!

Great little condo. It was clean, conveniently located, and had everything we needed. There was a mix up with the community amenities and the host corrected the problem the best she could and compensated us fairly. As far as the description goes, the clubhouse had a racquetball court (not pickleball), and although the workout room was spacious, there was not much equipment. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and they weren’t very crowded, which the kids appreciated.

Only problem was going to the right door at check in but phone call solved the problem. Maybe in future a little more notice on what door to go to. Not a big deal but may help future guests.

Long list of things needed to do before leaving and still charged big bucks for cleanup. Early check out was difficult and felt hurried. Coffee machine malfunctioned. Garbage bin hard to locate. But accommodation was clean well appointed and comfortable
