"The apartment itself was excellent: very clean, spacious, and well laid out. The kitchen was well equipped for basic meals, with essentials like washing-up liquid, sponge, cloth, tea towel, plus tea, coffee, salt, and pepper provided. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the accommodation. We arrived mid-afternoon to find reception unattended and never found staff there despite returning several times before it closed at 8pm. There were people in the staff area, but...

"The owners were outstanding, incredibly friendly, helpful and full of useful information to make sure your days plans were the best they could be. Breakfasts were great and a good way to start the day. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
