Important Notice:
Please note that the building is currently undergoing façade maintenance works, which are expected to last approximately 2 months and will be carried out in different phases throughout the property. To avoid any inconvenience during your stay, please take the following into consideration:
-Maintenance staff will be working daily while suspended from the building façades to carry out the corresponding works.
-From time to time, drones may be used to inspect the condition of the façades and rooftop areas.
-If the apartment includes a terrace or balcony, we kindly ask that all personal belongings, furniture, plants, and decorations be kept indoors during the maintenance period.
-Maintenance staff may descend along the façade and access or exit through certain terraces as part of the maintenance works.
-Please do not remove the protective plastic covering the windows, as chemical products are being applied during the process. The property will not be responsible for stains or damages caused by removing these protections.
